This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Ann Marie who was my salesperson spent 3 days helping me find a used car to fit our family Size and budget. This was a huge purchase for us and they made it comfortable and I can't thank her enough, typically I dread Buying cars. We found a beautiful car and got a very good deal, which I have Never got in the past working with other Nissan and Toyota dealers. I just was amazed with the time she spent with us and would be happy to refer any one to Them. I More
Joe was extremely knowledgeable of the product line, gave us very personal attention and did everything we asked for. We don't buy often, but when we do it will be at GO Subaru. us very personal attention and did everything we asked for. We don't buy often, but when we do it will be at GO Subaru. More
Having been at several different dealerships, this one was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. I worked with Jenny-who is responsible for internet sales-to talk over my options. Being hesitant was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. I worked with Jenny-who is responsible for internet sales-to talk over my options. Being hesitant to jump right in to a sale, I wanted to take some time to review my options before making a purchase. Despite knowing that I was considering other cars at other dealerships, Jenny was patient and allowed me as much time as I needed to make my decision. I made several trips to the dealership over the course of many days. She was able to answer every question that I had and really took the time to make me feel like I was her only customer. The Subaru was an excellent price and perfect for my needs. This experience was fantastic and I would love to continually work with Jenny to find the best car possible. More
They over-priced their vehicle by almost 5,000!!! After paying the deposit on an order, I realized just how much they were over charging and requested my deposit back. Well, after 2 weeks of harassment and paying the deposit on an order, I realized just how much they were over charging and requested my deposit back. Well, after 2 weeks of harassment and a complaint to the BBB, I finally got my money back. These people are rude and crooked. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE....well, maybe my worst enemy. More
I am interested in purchasing a 2011 Forester and decided to try this dealership first, as I purchased a 2010 Forester from them last year and had an acceptable (but not stellar) experience then. After spea to try this dealership first, as I purchased a 2010 Forester from them last year and had an acceptable (but not stellar) experience then. After speaking with a salesman multiple times over the phone and in person at the dealership a few days ago, I felt assured that another trip there tonight would result in the purchase of a car. I called just as I was leaving my house to ensure they had the vehicles I wanted to compare in stock. I was told, "Yes, the last time I checked, we had them both." I stressed the fact that I live 45+ minutes away and did not want to drive that far to find out the cars I was interested in were not there. He reassured me that they had both cars. When I arrived, he told me that one of the two cars had been sold but that they had a similar model, naturally with more options I did not want. When I questioned why he had told me they had the car I wanted just an hour earlier, he replied, "I TOLD you that it was here THE LAST TIME I CHECKED. That was yesterday." It seems that either this person has no respect for my time and is too lazy to ensure the product I want is there, OR he had planned on making the sale with a more expensive car, figuring I had driven that far and would just give in and pay the extra money for something I will not use. When I told him that I did not appreciate what he had done, he got up and walked away while I was talking. I did not raise my voice or use disrespectful language. I really am shocked that customers are treated this way here. It almost seems the people here think they are doing the customer a favor. In addition, it seems impossible to get the car you really want here. Every new model comes standard with options you pay extra for. It should not be called an option when you cannot purchase the vehicle without it (unless you can wait 6-8 weeks for a custom car). This may be a Subaru problem in general. More
I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. They sold me a car at full retail value that was unsafe (needed $4000 repairs - transmission, rear struts, spark plugs, timing belt). When I asked them to sold me a car at full retail value that was unsafe (needed $4000 repairs - transmission, rear struts, spark plugs, timing belt). When I asked them to help me with the cost of reparing the vehicle they were only willing to help pay for the timing belt, which they then tried to rip me off again and charge me something different than we had agreed on. I finally got them to charge me something closer to what we had agreed on but I still got ripped off in the end because they didn't take any ownership in the fact that this vehicle was unsafe to be on the road and should've never been sold to anyone in the condition it was in. Thats where the good stuff ended.... 2) Sales and finance people do not talk! I was told three different things from the sales woman that she did not tell the finance person, including return policey. 3) Finance took a blank check of mine and said that the payments would be automatic. Two late charges later, I find out that they "don't do that." Then why take a blank check of mine? 4) Took car in for free oil change, started to drive home and heard noise. Come to find out the mechanics left a wrench in the wheel well. Then when we took it right back they said "Oh you must have picked that up on the road." Don't give me that bull xxxx, just admit that you are wrong! No big deal, it could of ended there. 5) Fact is, I will be in the market for another Subaru, but I will drive to another state to get one because these guys are a bunch of morons. Trust me, don't go in there, you will have problems. Dear Autonation, this is my 2nd and last car I buy from you until you get you stuff together. More
I was in for some air in my tires and after having the car for a total of 10 minutes they completely scratched up the steering wheel of my BRAND new car. And then denied it. Rudely. The reason they gave car for a total of 10 minutes they completely scratched up the steering wheel of my BRAND new car. And then denied it. Rudely. The reason they gave me was that the seat was all the way back and they couldn't reach the steering wheel, which begs the question: how did you drive it into the back? Lame, and they were unwilling to even talk about fixing, compensating, saying sorry. Never service your car here! More
I brought my 10 year old, well used outback in with a laundry list of issues. Dealer tried to upsell me on an "engine re-seal" to stop oil leaks for $2849, which is ridiculous, a new engine would be cheaper. Their price on several service items was 2x what other dealers ask. They will charge you $50 "shop supply fee" in addition to parts, supposedly for disposal and non-itemized items (gloves?, that paper mat on your seat? disposing old parts? ) What bunk. My other shops never charge this fee, and their rates are lower in addition. They'll charge you diagnostic time, minimum of an hour ($115) to basically plug in the code reader. Other shops won't charge you to diagnose something if you end up having them do the work. They estimates they gave me were non-inclusive of the diagnostic fee, the shop supply fee, and taxes, so when I walked in I was expecting to pay $995, and my bill was initially $1250, I complained, and they comped me some of the diagnostics, bringing it down to $1100. I know you basically have to be an idiot to take your car to a dealer shop, but this one seems particularly untrustworthy with respect to what your bill will be when you walk out the door. More
