I called around at several dealerships in the Boulder area, and found this dealer was already willing to price match, a great start. I walk in and meet Arsen, who was a great salesman. His style was to be extremely knowledgeable and well-informed, and let the car sell itself. I spent about a solid week researching cars and Subarus specifically. Arsen really knew his stuff when it came to difficult, precise questions I would ask about the car. Instead of using emotion or pressure in sales, he used information and asked me questions about my needs to help put me in the best car. I also liked how he was able to back up what he said with in-depth knowledge, and was able to intelligently compare cars instead of giving me the generic "yeah, this is better than that" without telling me what about the car fit me better as a person. For example, when I inquired, he told me that a Honda CRV is a great car and comparable to the Subaru Outback in several ways, but that the Nissan Rogue was not quite as good for what I was wanting to do (both of which I already knew, but asked to see how he would respond). If I was having trouble making decisions about what kinds of accessories or packages I wanted, he was really good at asking me the right questions to help me figure out what was best and made things much less stressful. He also got back to me within 2 hours when I called with questions after I bought the car. Even if you drive from very far away, like I did from Boulder, if you are anywhere near South/Central Denver, include this dealership on your list when shopping for a Subaru. I also saw another client of his while I was there who came in all the way from Boulder as well, and he let the client test drive the car for three days to make sure it worked for her (she mentioned having a condition with her back where the seat had to fit her just right or she couldn't sit without pain). She said she loved the car, but the seat just wasn't quite right, and Arsen didn't try to pressure her at all, he just said "sorry to hear it did not work out, I'm happy to take the car back, and let me know if there is ever anything else I can help you with." I worked with Jenny when buying my new Outback, and Erik handled the financing. This was the easiest auto transaction I have ever had. I submitted a car search thru USAA to all the local Subaru dealers here in Denver and was quoted a price over the phone from Jenny at GO Subaru that was cheaper than anyone else in town on the exact car that I wanted, and this was 5 minutes after I hit the transmit button on my computer. I submitted the request late Tues night when they were closing, and showed up 1/2 hour before they opened the next day and Jenny was there with the car prepped and ready to go. They also delivered the car right away to my home all the way up in Conifer. Financing was very quick and effecient and Erik had me in and out of there in no time. No games, no fuzzy math no gimicks. I would highly recommend the internet sales team at Go Subaru. More

Ann Marie responded in lightning speed and helped us track down the exact car that we wanted-- then continued helping us we changed our minds and decided to look at several other models before making a final decision. She had a great down-to-earth personality-- exactly the opposite of the stereotypical manipulative, high-pressure salesperson. The experience was very smooth and we were able to get a fair and competitive deal without having to hassle to get there. If the rest of the dealership is as easy to work with as the sales team, we'll definitely buy there in the future. More

I would have given this dealership a higher rating. However, because one of the sales women didn't seem to care about me at all, I can't. The other woman seemed knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. And, I did get what I considered to be a fair price on my new Subaru Legacy. However, it's not the car I really wanted due to the limited selection available on their lot. And, in the "Finance room" they tried to sell me all kinds of things over and over again. So, although the experience was relatively good so far, I would have desired better. More

But we almost didn't get it! We brought our title to our trade in that day to get a Hyundi from a dealer I had been working with for a month- but the kids would not fit in the back seat- so almost ready to go home, we went to the Subaru dealer next store to kick some tires but the prices seemed out of our budget- But when we compared pricing to the Hyundi Elantra, after all the discounts we received and financing at 1/2 the rates we had been qualified at, and for just about $1,000 more over the Elantra, we could afford a fairly well loaded Outback. Our salesman, Mike Shipman, was exceptional, the F&I person, Tina Riner, with Subaru Finance, found financing above our expectations......after 2 months of shoppig for a new car, (including almost inking a deal on the Chevy Cruz and Hyundi Elantra), our decision came down to two things- comfort with the dealer's way of doing business and safety. We commute from our home in south Denver to work in Colo Sprgs- It is a mountain drive and I was not comfortable with some of the higher promised milage cars we looked at- Now we have AWD, and coming back from the Springs yesterday, We became very focused on this car with Mike's knowledge of how it would fit our needs One event after the purchase really made us feel good- during the sales job, Mike told us about his wife, daughters, and that after work, he had to go open a resturant he and his wife just opened. In fact, it was their opening night and he decided to stay with us to get our car delived. .....you know it all turned out to be true when we went to the business that evening and met his wife and kids and there Mike in the kitchen- Milage was suppose to be 24/29, and we actually averaged 24.9 after driving 100 miles in the city and two hundred miles on the road- so that is my only whine at this point- I can't speak for everyone at this dealership, but we just had an awesome time working with Mike and Tina and love this car- This is what we got with credit scores around 630.....a 2012 Subaru Outback, loaded as far as we are concerned, 72 month financing at 5%, $6,000 off the sticker price, and for $2,000, we financed for a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. This is a GO Dealer, and we got a good trade in value for the Pontiac van we bought form another Denver GO dealer in 2004 for the Subaru.....it has all been good for us- Thx Mike and Tina!! When we first got there they took down a list of each and every thing that was important to us in a new (for me) car. In no time, Joanna was back with a list of cars and she hit the nail on the head perfectly. I don't think we could have done better ourselves. There was no high pressure in the finance department to buy "extra" coverage. They gave a fair price on my trade-in, and paid off the loan on the trade-in quickly.
