He will flat out like to you, he tried to tell me that his dealership was the only one in colorado to carry ford rangers. When called out, he told me this is America, don't buy it. This is not a great way to represent the company. By looking at the sales he has for the month, I can clearly see why they are low. Negative stars if I could More

He was extremely rude, very pressuring, just an awful salesperson. We told him we wanted a Subaru with plenty of room in the back row for our son, a light exterior and a dark exterior. We had financing arranged already and needed to simply find the car we were happy with and get going back to Colorado Springs. He showed us a car with no room that we specifically said we did not want prior to him showing us anything, that was a dark exterior color. We also said we NEED AWD and Japanese make and he showed us a RWD non Japanese vehicle. He did not pay any attention to what we needed and when we said we were leaving he got upset and raised his voice asking us to come inside and fill out a finance app..RUDE and NOT customer oriented whatsoever. Even after getting home, reviewing the paperwork, and reflecting on my purchasing experience I have no second thoughts. From my initial contact with Skyler Strajna via Costco Auto Sales the experience was smooth sailing. Skyler was thoughtful, courteous and respected my personal need for space and time. He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions and truly made me feel at ease. The GSM, Charles, was thoughtful in listening to my needs and even though I was at the dealer alone, it wasn't an independent decision. Charles was patient while I had a couple of conversations with my spouse. The finance manager, Tina, was straightforward and uncomplicated. I appreciate her candor and ease she brought to the paperwork. Karen (office manager?) was delightful to interact with as well. Her presence added a sense of charm to the space. Absolutely the best car buying experience I've had. More

We had done some research online about the quality of the car and really liked what we saw and wanted to test drive the car before making a final decision. From the moment we walked into the dealership the atmosphere, the friendly front desk service, the professional and knowledgeable car salesman, and the expert handling of the sale was impressive. In fact, we left with TWO brand new Crosstreks! That is some service Joe Shipman!! More
Be careful - friendly people, expensive bills I bought at antunation a used Subaru Outback with 60-d warranty. On day 50th they changed oild and noticed a leak. Thaht day it couldn´t be fixed and then... they said my warranty had expired. Of course, very polite and with very friendly words. The quote was $400. Jus in case, I went to a Subaru independent dealer who charged me $165 instead oif $400. Two months later, the headgaskets leaked. Their Quote: $2200. The real cost (in an independent Subaru dealer): $1200. All the money spent in TV advertisements is charged on your bill. Reconsider using this dealer. More

As a new resident to the Denver area, I have taken my Subaru Outback 2009 twice to Go Subaru Arapahoe. I have an extended warranty that i purchased when I go my car at Waikem Motors in Canton, Ohio. Pr Subaru Outback 2009 twice to Go Subaru Arapahoe. I have an extended warranty that i purchased when I go my car at Waikem Motors in Canton, Ohio. Previously i dealt only with Waikem and had excellent service with professional attitudes, expert knowledge of the cars and so willing to answer questions and serve clients. Go Arapahoe, on both occasions i took my car there, added charges to my bill, that unless i questioned carefully were out and out deceptions. I picked up my car today and the cashier said my bill was $294.00. i spoke the the service advisor about 2 hours prior and he told me I needed a wheel alignment plus the $44.79 for the regular maintenance of lube and oil. Mr. Marciano quoted me $99.95 for an alignment. i was shocked at the $294.00 charge and asked to see the the service advisor. He just could not understand how the $212.00 charge got on my bill. In addition, I was charged for a small item on a defective seat belt when it was covered by the extended warranty. There was a charge of $15.24 for Misc. Charges that could not be explained. i ended up paying $161.54. When the car was in the first time for regular lube and oil and another issue under warranty, they tried to charge me again. I was considering passing this car on to my daughter-in-law and purchasing a new Subaru, but if this is the quality of the service I will have here in Denver, then I must consider options. More
I've never written a bad review before, but I can promise you that the novel that follows is worth reading if you are considering using GO Subaru Arapahoe for finding any used Subaru. I had encounte promise you that the novel that follows is worth reading if you are considering using GO Subaru Arapahoe for finding any used Subaru. I had encounters with four individuals at GO Subaru and each one of them either treated me with disrespect, lied and or directly cheated me. I unfortunately returned my beloved 2003 Subaru Baja today after purchasing it a week and a half ago from this dealership. First- the sales person, Zac- was young and clueless. From the misquoted warranty to the condition of the Subaru- he had no idea what he was talking about. The most disgusting character I came across at GO Subaru Arapahoe was Lenny, the general manager of the used cars department. He laughed in my face when I came back after purchase (to bring back the registration of my trade in that Zac forgot to ask me for while I was there and called me for on my way to the I-25) and told him that the gas light was on and that a squealing noise had started while I was in 1st or second gear out of the parking lot. His chubby face smiled as he quickly exclaimed, "well you did buy a 2002!" (Bajas were made in 2003 dummy). After seeing the expression on my face he tried to recover by belittling me responding, "don't worry kiddo we will take care of it if you come back in" (I am a 25 yr old female mind you). Anyway- back to the time of purchase, I was directed to Mr. Erik Miller in finances- who gained my complete trust after my interactions with the other two clowns. Erik proceeded to sway my 1st car buying experience by offering me a loan that I later found did not exist. That's right- I declined my USAA loan with my consigner to take Erik's guarantee of a 7.99% APR doing it all by myself. Erik was all smiles and sunshine as he "ran my credit" and "finalized" the loan. I walked out a proud first time owner and the legitimacy I questioned earlier was faded as i finally got to leave. Four days later I went ahead and called Lenny to discuss the tailgate that failed to open and the stereo issues that arose along the drive home in addition to the squealing noise. Lenny told me to bring it in and that he would take care of it. 5 minutes later- Erik calls me to apologize for lying and that he never got the guaranteed rate we had signed on. He said he was going to pass it on to his "director" and keep working on it. I told him that there was no way that I could afford the car at a higher APR and his offer is what made me spend more on the actual car itself. After a week of not hearing from anyone- I went in (two days ago) to get my Baja looked at by the service department- where I was confronted by Lenny... Who asked me to wait outside of his office so he would escort me to Erik's office. I went ahead without him after waiting for ten minutes while Lenny sat as his computer. Once in the finance office, they both sat in their chairs as Erik explained to me that the best rate he found was 14.99%. I was infuriated and as politely as possible told them that I was very unhappy with their services and that I wanted to go home to think about all of this and would be back in a couple of days to get the car worked on and discuss the issue. Once home with a clearer mind I called Lenny back to let him know that 48 hours was not enough time (I work overnights and full days as a caregiver for elderly) to find another loan and that I also wanted to talk about the situation to a lawyer and re-read my contract. Lenny did not like the sound of this and said that I had to return HIS car the following morning or sign the contract that Erik had found. He explained that they had been "bending over backwards" for me and basically accused me of trying to hold the car hostage. After applying for another loan, I discovered that Erik had run down my credit by checking it so many times that even USAA who had previously offered 7.99% with a consigner and 10.99% alone- could only offer me 14.59%. They said that my credit had been damaged due to someone running it way too much. After hearing my story, USAA broke all ties that their car buying service had with that dealership. The last individual who actually brought sense to why such morons worked at this dealership was the owner himself, Joe. Joe never contacted me- that's right. I had to go through USAA and Subaru Corporate to get him to call me- which upon contact, he offered no apologies or help. He just agreed with everything I told him and said he would drop off my car and pick up the Baja. I am not one to have hateful thoughts and consider myself an optimistic person but these "gentlemen" should not be trusted with your business and I just want to advise all other potential customers against using this dealership. They do not represent the amazing Subaru name accordingly and I hope that their laziness and overall disrespect causes them to loose their jobs. More

Purchasing a car from them was very simple. All of my experiences SINCE I signed the paperwork has been painful. I've had 5 service appointments. Every single one had a problem - I scheduled online and experiences SINCE I signed the paperwork has been painful. I've had 5 service appointments. Every single one had a problem - I scheduled online and it didn't go through, I scheduled on the phone and they didn't make note of everything I wanted completed, I scheduled over the phone and they didn't complete all of the services I requested, I scheduled over the phone and they scheduled the wrong day, I scheduled over the phone and they were late for my completion time. I think their service department is SO overworked that it is impossible for them to be efficient. They are all very nice, but it's chaos. I have been trying to cancel the gap insurance on my payment for 4 months now. I can never get anyone to call me back, when I did finally get someone to answer the phone (because I refused to leave a message or be placed on hold) I was told they would mail me paperwork that day. That was 12 days ago, and not a sign of the paperwork. At this point, I consider it theft, since I'm continuing to pay for something that I have requested a cancellation on at least 6 times now. I would not send anyone to this dealership. Their followup is atrocious. More
