Dylan is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about Subaru and what it offers. They have a nice inventory of vehicles also. Dylan worked hard to get us the payments we were looking for monthly. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Subaru come here!! More

Hamdi Kouli so great and made car buying with a trade easy Hamdi Kouli helped us out. Now I have bought many of cars from dealers and this was by far my best experience. No hassle no haggle no wait. Mind you I had a five year old Hamdi showed us a kids area and we were able to supervise her while we filled out the paperwork. He never pushed any deal on us yet kept working in the parameters that we had set. Hamdi Kouli treated me and my family how I want to be treated More

After posting a request on CARS.com we received a prompt follow-up from Amanda and prices for several cars to choose from. She stayed in contact with numerous follow-up email messages and demonstrated that she truly wanted to earn our business. Although we ultimately went a different direction with our choice of car, I wanted folks to know that she demonstrated a commitment to helping us. Thanks Amanda! More
Slow and Painful We drove 55 miles one way to buy a car from this dealership. We purchased a used Honda Accord from this dealership. Our salesman Movin was very kind We drove 55 miles one way to buy a car from this dealership. We purchased a used Honda Accord from this dealership. Our salesman Movin was very kind, knowledgeable about the Accord, and very professional. Matt, the General Manager was very personable and professional also. Scott in Finance was also nice and professional. However, the sales manager who Movin had to work with ( I don't know his name) was extremely slow and unethical, in my opinion or not very smart. He printed a Kelly Blue Book value for my truck that we were trading in and had the salesman show it to me. The problem with it was it wasn't for my truck! It was for a 2 wheel drive truck not a 4 wheel drive truck. Big difference in value between a 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive vehicle. It also had the wrong miles on it. He did this in an effort to trick me into thinking the value of my truck was less than it's actual worth or he's too ignorant to know it was a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The sales manager also included a $499 dealer fee, but their webpage specifically stated that the price of the car included dealer fees. They asked me to show it to them.... Really, you don't know what your own webpage says? They removed the dealer fees after I showed them. Then they added on a perma guard paint and leather treatment for $399 and said it was already done and couldn't be removed. So I told them that they should state that the price listed isn't the actual price as they add things on that you didn't ask for and that they don't include or disclose until you are buying it. They don't show these add on items in their PUBLISHED price! Personally, it is my opinion that the sale manager who worked my deal is unethical and tries to deceive and even trick the buyer by showing them erroneous trade in values for the wrong vehicle. I think trying to add in dealer fees when the price stated it included dealer fees is also unethical or he really is ignorant pertaining to what their webpage states. So he under valued my trade intentionally, added in perma guard for an extra $399 over the published price, and tried to charge dealer fees twice. In addition, it took from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to purchase the car and we knew which car we wanted before making our appointment. Yes, we actually made an appointment. In comparison, when I bought my wife's Buick Lacrosse the entire deal took 1.5 hours total! Buying a car at Autonation Subaru feels like doing battle; unless you don't pay attention to any details and just agree to all of their hidden charges, mistakes, or over charges. It was one of the slowest and worst buying experiences I have ever experienced in my entire life. They were worst than the slimy used car lot you hear horror stories about. I would never buy another car from them nor would I ever recommend them to family, friends, or business associates. It was so bad that while I was there I told my salesman Movin to go tell the sales manager working our deal that I said he is unethical or stupid. I told him to have him come over and I would tell him he is unethical to his face. Of course he didn't come over... I told them I was going to share all of this in a very negative review. They said they understood? I told them that they would be losing a customer and harming their reputation. If the car we were buying didn't have unusually low miles on it we would have walked hours earlier but my son really wanted that specific car. Our salesman Movin was a very professional and nice young man and I didn't blame him for any of this miserable experience. They really need better, faster, more ethical (in my opinion) sale managers...BUYERS BEWARE! Don't walk, RUN AWAY from this dealership!!!!! As car buyers you have thousands of other dealers to choose from, close your eyes and pick any of them and they will most likely be better than this dealership! More
Terrible Experience I live outside of Colorado and I recently purchased a 2016 Outback from this dealership. Their finance department forgot to send me all the paperwork I live outside of Colorado and I recently purchased a 2016 Outback from this dealership. Their finance department forgot to send me all the paperwork which delayed the sale. The transport of the vehicle, that I had arranged, could no longer occur due to the delay. The dealership then told me my options were ...not purchase the car or pay $475 in transport fees. When I car arrived, the battery was dead, the front seats and back seats were grease stained and the front passenger side window will not go down! AutoNation blames the transport company that they referred me to! The transport company only drove the car on to and off the truck! This dealership's customer service and attention to detail is pathetic! More
AutoNation Puts the "Ice" in Customer Service! I bought a "bumper-to-bumper" warranty that supposedly covered "everything but the bumper". I originally purchased my car at the Autonation Subaru on I bought a "bumper-to-bumper" warranty that supposedly covered "everything but the bumper". I originally purchased my car at the Autonation Subaru on 104th. When I took my car back (TWO DAYS after buying it) because of a faulty turbo, the warranty company reassigned me to this location because they found them easier to work with...and I agree, but only because this location keeps my car a while before saying everything is fine and giving it back to me with the same unresolved issues. At this point, even my warranty company is fighting with them & I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit One very specific example I can give is from this morning. My daughter was on her way to school after dropping me off at work (we're a 1-car hh atm) when the car started smoking EXCESSIVELY from the numerous (and previously acknowledged, but not actually repaired during any of my prior visits) leaks under the hood. She was about 3 blocks away, and limped the car to their service department after letting it cool off a bit. Despite three manned service desks and nobody else in line, she was made to wait. Despite explaining what happened, she was asked if she had an appointment. Long story short, she was turned away because whatever's wrong with my car is "between you and your warranty company". The car is now sitting waiting for a tow back to their service department so that the dealership will look at it, and my daughter is walking about 5.1 miles home with all her school luggage. This is a VERY typical experience for us. I wouldn't expect yours to be any better...! More

I had the pleasure of working with the following employees at Groove Subaru on Arapahoe: Matt Smith, Jeffrey Evans, Eric Bowman, Jeff Lombardo, Scott Greenwood. I started my process online and sent in pictures of my trade to see if I was able to trade up yet. When I went to the dealership on a Tuesday evening they were very busy and made certain that I was always comfortable and continued checking on me with a smile at each turn. They didn't have the vehicle I was looking for that night, but had some more Outbacks due to arrive within days. The next day I was made aware that the vehicle I wanted was there and could be ready for me that evening. I drove down and completed the paperwork for my new vehicle and took delivery just an hour later. The customer service was great, the value for my trade was great and I ended up with exactly the vehicle I wanted at the payments I wanted. Thanks guys! More
