He had the car ready for me to test drive and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. The entire staff was very friendly and did everything to make my car buying experience headache free. I even got a really GREAT DEAL!!! I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! More

It was a brand new car they couldn't sell 'new' because of a bunch of lies told to us. Then we recently found out why they couldn't sell it new was that it had transportation damage (about $5000 worth). Because they carry their own insurance they fixed it and didn't disclose it at the sale. Sad that they are liars. #autonation #autonationpayattentionhere #doismelllitagation More

They are liars My wife and I had a forester lease through them. After our experience we will never be using them for anything in the future. We were getting calls fr My wife and I had a forester lease through them. After our experience we will never be using them for anything in the future. We were getting calls from the dealership saying they were interested taking back our lease early. So we went down to the dealership and they look our lease back. After asking the salesmen several times he reassured us we wouldn't owe anything at all on the rest of the lease since we turned it in. A month later we get a letter from chase bank saying we owe them around $1000. This was for the last two payments of the lease and the deficiency balance. Both things which we were promised we would not owe. Called over to the dealership to ask about it and spoke with Nick in finance. Nick promised to look into the issue and call us back when he had an answer. That was the last we heard from Nick and still hasn't called us back even after I left him several voicemails. Next I called the finance manager and left a voicemail with him. The finance manager never bothered to return my voicemail either. We decided to go down to the dealership and deal with this in person. Second time we worked with Andrew who reassured us they would be taking care of the issue and payment. Only to have the sales manager a week later email us telling us they would not take care of the payment. We were lied to on several occasions by the staff. If you want a dealership that will leave you hanging anytime an issue comes up this is the perfect place for you. More

I called and was given a very specific out the door price when helping my niece car shop. When she arrived, the salesman changed the pricing and then claimed that the earlier price did not include some fees even though he had specifically stated OUT THE DOOR pricing. His sales manager said he couldn't do anything and refused to honor his employee's fraudulent misrepresentation of the deal. My niece drove 15 minutes down the road to the competition and got a BETTER deal than what the sales manager offered from a honest Subaru dealership. RUN, RUN, RUN from this place. More

They told me when I bought it that they had done an inspection. That was not true. The battery was old and corroded, and I had to have it replaced. The brakes squeaked for two years and they told me they couldn't fix it. Within two years the car had to be fixed five times. The total cost of the repairs was more than the car was worth in a trade-in. The last time that it broke down, they told me it would be $1800 to fix it. The repair was in the same place that it had broken only a year before. They refused to work with me on this. When I asked to speak with the general manager, he refused to speak with me. I have the car moved to a different mechanic. The new mechanic told me that I don't nation Subaru didn't even open up the car to find out what was wrong. They just turned it on and listen to it. For this I had to pay $180 for a diagnostic. Additionally, the repair at the other mechanic was $600 less. do not buy a car from these people. Do not have your car fixed by these people. These people are thieves. More
Horrible "Customer Service" from Mike/Finance Purchased a Subaru from the family of a friend who died in an accident. This dealership had no clue how to handle the warranty transfers (5 in total) Purchased a Subaru from the family of a friend who died in an accident. This dealership had no clue how to handle the warranty transfers (5 in total). Mike was incredibly rude, smirking and smiling while telling me they've never had to deal with a situation like this. One, theoretically, then learns how to handle it. I work in the financial industry and my license would be taken away and my firm would fire me if I treated customers this way. Instead they tell me that I have to call each one and take care of it myself. This after I had called and left messages with Nick and Scott letting them know what I needed. Scott called me on the way over and said anyone in the finance department could help me. They didn't know the procedures, nor did they have the paperwork. Nick at least tried but the information he provided me was incorrect. Never experience such blatant disregard as a customer. let alone a human being. May they experience much better service when they experience death and ever truly need customer service. More

When I called back a week later, I didn't speak to Todd but left him a message requesting to know what was still on the lot or new. Todd never returned my call. A month went buy and we were now really ready to purchase a car. This time my husband called the dealership and asked for Todd, who wasn't available so we worked with Cecelia R. We asked to have her email us what was in inventory. Cecilia called and verbally listed lots of info....but we really needed to see it on "paper" so we could compare and revisit if needed. So the request for an email was made again. We never got an email with the Forrester certified pre-owned information. I called and asked to give my feedback to a manager regarding our experience, I was forwarded to a voice message and only after I had left the feedback did we get follow up from both Todd and Cecelia. Yet, Cecelia never sent the email and Todd clearly didn't remember my request. We would not recommend this dealership. They were not responsive, didn't provide information needed, and then gave us information on models and features we weren't interested in. They clearly didn't listed to what we wanted, they didn't care to return calls or provided information we requested. We had the opposite experience with Groove Subaru! if you are shopping for a Subaru in the south Denver area, I'd suggest you work with Groove Subaru and NOT Auto Nation Subaru. Groove was fast in turnaround with response to your auto needs and wants. More
