Absolutely terrible service. The technician i used to go to here, left and warned me this place was going downhill fast. I should have listened. Brought my car in for a simple repair that they were aware of to here, left and warned me this place was going downhill fast. I should have listened. Brought my car in for a simple repair that they were aware of, my car sat there all day and i was finally told “the part never came in”. Whatever, that was okay, so i leave my car over the weekend because i was told the part would be in on Monday. Monday came around and i tried contacting my service technician Robert Blair multiple times, they deliberately ignore you here. Robert told me the par had come in around 11am and should be ready around 4:30. The tech finally calls me back at 5:30pm on Monday only to tell me the part never came in and “i should just come and get my car” mind you, they completely took apart my car and didnt have the part to replace it! They put an old part back on my car that they had laying around the shop. Got in touch with a manager Robert and he refused book me an appointment and make sure the part was in stock, he told me to talk to one of the service techs (the ones that cant communicate). Save your time and effort and do not go here. There is much better service out there. More

Very Dissapointed of this dealer!! So far, I have made two appointments for maintenance and "both times" I have had a very bad experience . The first time, when I showed up they said "You don't have any appointment" and after waiting " for about an hour" I asked if my car was ready and they said "no" is not ready yet. And I saw my car parked in front and I said: yes, That is my car!! and He said "no, that is not your car" and after I insisted, He went and make sure and He came back and said: oh! Yo really know your car...yes, it is your car and is ready!! In my second appointment for an Oil and filter change, I had no problem getting in and they took my car immediately . The advisor said: Go to the waiting room and we will let you know when your car is ready , but again after waiting one hour I got up and asked if my car was ready, and they sad "NO, not yet, we will let you know, but I saw my car parked and I said: that is my car!! and "yes" I was right , that was my car and it was there, ready and 'nobody' went and let me know that it was ready, .It was hard for me to find my keys!! Nobody knew where they were!!! After 5 days of this appointment I noticed that my car was leaking oil!!!! I took my car again ( I had to cancel my work appointments ) and they said that the oil filter ( that they changed 5 days a go ) was " no good". Horrible service, Horrible Customer Service!!! I am tired of this place!!!! DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!!!! More
I went to get to this dealer for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2008 Altima. My check engine light was on as well so I wanted to know what the problem was. When I pulled up, a gentleman by the name of Telly(not sure if that's a nickname or his real name) greeted me, asked how he could help me and politely walked me over to someone who can assist me. Since a few things were getting done, they actually offered to bring me home and pick me up when the car was ready. Telly, the man who greeted me drove me home and was very polite the whole ride. He asked if there was anywhere else I needed to go, and since I did need to pick up my glasses at LensCrafters, I asked if he could. He was more than willing. I'm not sure if he's allowed to do that but I was so grateful. At the end of the day, they sent the van to pick me up when my car was ready. Unfortunately, it wasn't Telly who picked me up and this guy had a completely different demeanor. Didn't speak to me the while time and was on his phone. More like a cab ride, which is fine but a "hello, how are you doing" would've been nice. Overall, my experience here is always pleasant and now knowing that they can drop me off while my car is being serviced is another reason why I will continue to go there. When i got there my car was fixed, check engine light was gone(apparently it was just a bad sensor) and I left with no problems. More
I had routine service performed on my 2009 Altima. I debated whether to go to an outside facility like a Tire Kingdon or Jiffy Lube because dealerships are generally much more expensive. However, in the end I did go to Maroone Nissan and guess what, the cost was comparable, the service was performed quickly and the car was checked for any issues it might have. The first person to greet me was Mr. Horner who is the Service Manager. He treated me with respect, told me it would take about 30 minutes and I would be on my way. It did and I was. Everyone was pleasant and I would recommend them. More
Stay far away from this dealer. The service department is very dishonest. They will charge you for services that were not performed. They will just tell you that everyone has to pay for it (disposal charge) very dishonest. They will charge you for services that were not performed.
