Good dealership, however, there is some room for improvements. Technicians are not as thorough as they should be. They don’t perform all inspections with the details that’s truly required. Customer service from the managers is great. Some of the service advisors need to pay more attention to customer service rather than focus on their personal priority. Hence the reason for needing the service manager to help sought out issues and the managers to an excellent job. One or two service advisors that’s great move on to other jobs in no time.
