As always the Service Department does a great job. While waiting my husband went to look at new cars. He was back in 5 minutes. I asked why. He said a salesman came up to him and said can I help you. The salesman than said do you want to sell your car.My husband said I am not selling my car, I am just looking. After the third time that the salesman said do you want to sell your car my husband said he had enough and came back to the service department. When we are ready to buy a car we will buy at your dealership. However, if we are just looking the salesman should just give us his card and we will call him when we are ready. More
I am giving the dealer a five star because even though it's the second time I go there for maintenance of my car, the actual service on my car has been great. This time, I was not happy with the rep who it's the second time I go there for maintenance of my car, the actual service on my car has been great. This time, I was not happy with the rep who assisted me. Upon arrival, he came to my chair and had me sign some documents. My appointment was at 11:00 a.m. He told me I only had 3 cars ahead of me and it would take about an hr to 1 1/2 hours. I never saw him again. I never got any update. After looking at my watch it was 12:45 pm I went out side to get some air and noticed that my car was sitting in the lot. I asked the gentleman who vacuumed my car if it was done and he said yes. He said he had called me several times on my phone & I never picked up. That was blatenly not true. I had no missed calls but couldn't understand him so I just went inside. I went to the cashier and she said she didn't have my paperwork. She told me to find my rep. I walked around the entire office area and didn't see him. I went back to her in hopes she would page him or try to locate him, but she didn't seem to make any attempt. I finally decided to walk around and ask one of the reps who were at their desks and although it was a VIP office, I told him what happened. He quickly went into the computer, got my information and informed me that my rep had left for lunch (I have no issue that he stepped out for lunch, but knowing he had customers waiting, I think he should have atleast come out & let me know or let someone know that he had someone waiting for vehicle) I didn't get the young man's name which helped me but he was sitting in one of the VIP offices facing the front of the building, tall & wore glasses. Wish I would have gotten his name because he was very helpful. I think if there isn't a procedure in place to be able to let a customer know their car is ready, even if their rep is out to lunch. It was 1 pm by the time I was able to get my car & I was also hungry but I didn't step out for lunch waiting for my car for almost 2 hours. Next time I will make sure I am assigned a rep that cares about their customers. The first time I was there for service, my rep was updating me every so ofter. He was great - simply forgot his name. I went for an scheduled oil last Wednesday and waited around for my car for over three ours. Around closing time, sitting in an empty waiting area I was approached by the front desk worker. My car had around for my car for over three ours. Around closing time, sitting in an empty waiting area I was approached by the front desk worker. My car had not been located nor serviced as per computer file. they had no idea who took my car. The manager went to locate my car and brought it back the same way, not serviced . It took over three hours. I was promised a free oil change and tire rotation on my next trip. Friday I returned again and informed greeter of past situation. No agent called me to review my car prior to service. I went up and checked status almost an hour later, they said car was being serviced. Same manager from Wednesday came out and stated car was serviced but tire rotation was not needed. I took the car and left, forget about the free vacuum. It took two days and over five hours to get my prepaid oil change. Yes I have a prepaid plan, the free oil change was a slap on the face. I have been there going to Nissan every six months for all my car needs since 2017. My last visits last week, sitting there for so long was not acceptable. More
