Kevin Ledesma went beyond his duties to make sure that my extended warrant company paid for all the work that was done on my truck. It took a bit longer but with patients and perseverance it was done without extended warrant company paid for all the work that was done on my truck. It took a bit longer but with patients and perseverance it was done without me having to pay additional money. I highly recommend my family and friends at Nissan in Pembroke pines. They did a fantastic job and thanks to Chris the supervisor who also assisted Kevin in getting my car repaired. More
Terrible service department and terrible extended warranty they refused to cover parts that are clearly not excluded from the warranty. Worst Nissan service center ever. FRAUD… BEWARE. My car had an Airbag issue. It was under the warranty at that time. They told the part was back ordered because of COVID. I waited fo FRAUD… BEWARE. My car had an Airbag issue. It was under the warranty at that time. They told the part was back ordered because of COVID. I waited for more than 1 year. I enquired about the part multiple times but the reply was “still waiting for part to be delivered”. Finally, they told me to bring the car for repair. I left my car for 3days. They told my that the repair was completed. However, after 2weeks the airbag light came back again. I went back again and then I was told that they never replaced the part because now the car was not under warranty. Why did they keep my car for 3 days if they couldn’t repair it? Why was I lied to about repair when I picked my car? They had no answer. Just refused to honor the warranty and repair. AVOID at all costs if possible. More
