I took my car in for the usual servicing and was very satisfied with the professionalism and attention to details the care consultant Kevin showed in his summary of what would be covered when he approach satisfied with the professionalism and attention to details the care consultant Kevin showed in his summary of what would be covered when he approached me. The servicing took a little longer than usual but it was well within the estimated time frame I was told. Originally I took my car in for service and when I got my car back I had a cracked break lamp. I completed a survey expressing my dissatisfaction in having to replace my lamp on my own, immediately I was con car back I had a cracked break lamp. Kerri was very helpful in scheduling the appointment and also with marking sure I knew I would not be charged. More
Simple tire change turned into a massive fiasco ! ! No respect for time ! Do not take vehicles if you cannot meet a deadline ! I came to have my car service with an oil and filter change and to do vehicle inspection on tires, battery, brake pads. It took longer than I had expected. The waiting area was clean and I made myself at home. I had a great service advisor Evenor. I have always received great service at AutoNation Nissan and advice on service on my next visit for my Kia Optima. More
our service advisor Beatriz was pretty good which is the only reason why this rating has any stars at all, otherwise, it would be an entirely negative review. they had our car sitting in the lot for a week only reason why this rating has any stars at all, otherwise, it would be an entirely negative review. they had our car sitting in the lot for a week initially and gave it back to us with an ant infestation it acquired from their parking lot, after bringing it back they kept it for several more days and never called at which point we had to go back to ask for them to please clean out the ants and give us back the car or they would still have it. we just had to bring the car back again today because it still has ants and got another round of attitude from the managers who seem to be completely clueless. I will cancel my warranty and just pay a regular mechanic next time to have fewer grey hairs/headaches. over there years we have been going to AutoNation Nissan Pembroke pines because it's conveniently close to our house, and it has always been consistently the worst experience ever. More
