My experience at AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines was great, due largely in part to the staff's time, attention and communication. When I say staff,I'm referring specifically to Kevin, who served as my d great, due largely in part to the staff's time, attention and communication. When I say staff,I'm referring specifically to Kevin, who served as my designated point of contact from day one until the end. I cannot say enough great things about this young man. He was one of the first ones on site when I initially dropped off my car for service and was one of the last ones there at the end when I picked it up. Honorable mention to Mr. Hassan, the sales manger who also stepped in and went beyond the call of duty when a delay in supply chain/distribution of my necessary part led to a delay in service. I have health issues and between the extreme heat and lack of a/c, he saw to it that I was aided in obtaining temporary.courtesy transportation for the 2-3 days that my car was being serviced when part came in. What to him was perhaps a quick act of customer service, was to me a big relief and display of business ethics, etc. For these reasons, specifically Kevin & Mr. Hassan, I would very much rate my experience with that of 5 stars! Appointment was scheduled for a recall, car dropped off at 7:30 am for appointment and car was there all day never was worked on because service department stated they had the car mixed up with my pathfind at 7:30 am for appointment and car was there all day never was worked on because service department stated they had the car mixed up with my pathfinder. I took my car in for the usual servicing and was very satisfied with the professionalism and attention to details the care consultant Kevin showed in his summary of what would be covered when he approach satisfied with the professionalism and attention to details the care consultant Kevin showed in his summary of what would be covered when he approached me. The servicing took a little longer than usual but it was well within the estimated time frame I was told. My clean vehicle was ready for my timely departure so I left feeling hopeful that customer care is still important in service delivery. Thank you! More
Originally I took my car in for service and when I got my car back I had a cracked break lamp. I completed a survey expressing my dissatisfaction in having to replace my lamp on my own, immediately I was con car back I had a cracked break lamp. I completed a survey expressing my dissatisfaction in having to replace my lamp on my own, immediately I was contacted regarding my bad experience and my service agent Kerri advised the department manager said for me to schedule an appointment for them to fix my rear light lamp. Kerri was very helpful in scheduling the appointment and also with marking sure I knew I would not be charged. More

Simple tire change turned into a massive fiasco ! ! No respect for time ! Do not take vehicles if you cannot meet a deadline !
