This visit to auto nation was the worst I've experienced. I have been servicing all my cars for the las 8 years there. The service rep seemed very overwhelmed. He had left for the day and didn't even leave my paperwork at the check-out counter. Then, he added "recommended repairs" that i never signed off on nor did he tell me about. The next day my car wasn't even running right so I had to bring my car back and wait 6 hours only for them to tell me my battery was no good. Really?! after you did a full service! By the third day all 4 of my hub caps came off because they didn't put them back on correctly after replacing my ties! More
