I received exceptional service from Keri during my last visit. Keri met me at my car as soon as I arrived, and she made sure that I could use the electronic coupon for my oil change. She also offered a co visit. Keri met me at my car as soon as I arrived, and she made sure that I could use the electronic coupon for my oil change. She also offered a complimentary car wash, along with the usual multi point inspection. Keri invited me to wait in the lounge, and offered me some water and a variety of warm beverages. During the wait Keri checked on the status of my service. After she finalized my paperwork, she took the time to walk me to the cashier. What I really appreciated, was that Keri was very knowledgeable. She explained to me all the details about the additional services that I should get done in the near future. She was very informative, and not pushy, which was very refreshing. I felt that Keri had my best interest at heart, and that she treated me like a family member.
