Battery replacement under warranty 3+ hours wait time Hi, Called to make an appointment. Was assigned to OsmaryGonzalez. I was in the area so I passed by 45 min early being the only car in the lane when Hi, Called to make an appointment. Was assigned to OsmaryGonzalez. I was in the area so I passed by 45 min early being the only car in the lane when arriving. After 30 min min of waiting and speaking to 2 other service reps who only told me her name and called her via air speaker. I finally spoke with her. While waiting for an hour and 10 minutes I noticed someone before me that left. After 3 and a half hours later car was done. This is something bad from the manufacture and still under warranty. Take about 10 min to replace a battery. Appointment was at 2 leaving at 3.38 and arriving at 1.00 PM. So if you make a appointment dont come early and if you so still expect to wait 2 hours or more. More

Go somewhere else I took my car for a repair, they told me that the car computer and the immobilizer were not working and appraised the job at $1500, so I took my car o I took my car for a repair, they told me that the car computer and the immobilizer were not working and appraised the job at $1500, so I took my car out and went to another known dealer, where the diagnostic was only the immobilizer and my car was running the next day for less than half of the Autonation price. So, I wander who was in need of a new Versa computer? Definitely not my car since it is still running perfectly with the old one. More

At 1030am an arriving 10 minutes earlier than the appointment. I wait almost 1 hour and the car did not even move from where i left it. (The place was slow) They did not care about my complain. And now im doing the same service at pep boys (3 block away) almost ready 20% cheaper. If you care about your car DONT take there. More

Several days after I picked up the vehicle, a "check engine soon" light came on with the resulting code P0778 Pressure control Solenoid. I brought the vehicle back, and they reset codes. I was notified to pick up the vehicle an hour later. Overall very fast service. More

I always hate going to car places because I don't know much about cars and I feel like I'm vulnerable to "tricks," higher prices, and unnecessary charges. Joel not only diagnosed the problem in my car immediately (a brake-light problem, the result of normal wear-and-tear), he helped me fix it in the most economic way possible. He also gave me a list of suggestions for my future car management, which a feel like a lot of car people do but Joel went through each item and told me which ones were really pertinent and when they should be evaluated .... he didn't pressure me into fixing some "urgent" problem immediately. To top it all off, he called me when my car was finished (I was at the dentist down the road) and even provided continued instructions via phone even while he was on his lunch break.
