Very polite, speedy service, complete explanation of what was done, confirmed my requests to circulate tires, check spark plugs and oil, they cleaned the car nicely before returning it to me. I waited for my car at the dealership, they had very nice coffee, the service rep I worked with--his name is Alex---came twice to tell me how the work was going and explained everything to me in terms of my service coverage and he answered 4 or 5 questions I had about my service contract and also letters I was receiving in the mail telling me my contract was about up but they did not have the name of the company and I showed them to him and he said first of all, if this was from Auto Nation or Nissan, it would have our logo, a name and a way to contact us. He confirmed these were phishing letters. This is the second time I've been to the dealership since purchasing my Nissan Kicks and I always wait for the car and they are very polite and I never end up having to wait too long. Very friendly people. More

Drop-off was quick and easy and the service was completed in a shorter time than anticipated. Daniel was warm and welcoming from the moment I stepped out of my car.
