My repair needs were fully met. However, despite the fact that I arrived exactly at the appointed time, my wait lasted about 50 minutes due to the lack of a adviser assigned to me. It would also be nice if arriving people were somehow met. The last mentioned has already been noted by me several times, but to no avail. My newly appointed adviser Alexander Larrea is a very good and competent specialist. I want to mark his high professional level and ability to communicate with people. More

My experience with Alexander at the dealership was excellent. He had my car for a couple of weeks and he gave me timely updates and when I needed to go back to the dealership to pick up some thing fro excellent.
