A experiência equipe de vendas Andrian foi maravilhoso, ele foi incrivelmente atencioso comigo, porém o departamento financeiro foi completamente desastrosa. Eu queria que fosse feito em 36 vezes e a loj ele foi incrivelmente atencioso comigo, porém o departamento financeiro foi completamente desastrosa. Eu queria que fosse feito em 36 vezes e a loja me ofereceram uma taxa de juros de parcelamento alta e longa, induzindo para que a loja ganhasse um maior comissionamento do banco algo vantajoso para Auto Nissan Miami e desvantajoso para o cliente. Eu e meu esposo explicamos que não estávamos de acordo com a negociação e devido a dificuldade de comunicação e entender o contrato tivemos que assinar infelizmente e pedi copia no meu e-mail e não recebi. Sem dados ou cópia do que eu assinei, sendo ilegal. Já mandei mensagem e e-mail sem reposta, ao final o prejuízo ficou para mim o cliente e ele ganharam com a venda do carros e empurrando um financiamento longo e caro para mim. Repeat visit for the turbo on my 2022 Rogue. First visit went mostly well. I waited an hour after check in, and had to ask again to be seen. Seems they forgot I was there, but after that the service was good. Most recently took it back in for the turbo again. This time they held the car overnight, but didn't provide a loaner. Hard to believe there's a parking lot across the street filled with dealership cars and they can't provide a loaner for a car under warranty. In any case, I threw away $70 on Uber that they also wouldn't reimburse. The next day they let me take my car home as the part they ordered was delayed (wonder why they wouldn't let me take it home the night before?), but at least that saved me some money. I was told they would contact me when the part came in, but I waited 10 days with no call. So I called them and was informed the part had arrived. After this, there were no issues. TL;DR - No policy in place to guarantee transportation when they hold your brand new car overnight. I had to be proactive in getting service and updates on a few occasions, when it should be them doing so. Otherwise, the service was okay. More
