The big thing is he listened, and when I began to think about trading in my car, he heard me. He checked out what the dealership had and mentioned that there was a Rogue on the lot that he felt I would like. He referred me to a salesman who closed the deal. I now am driving a Nissan and am totally confident that whatever I need to do to keep my car running, John will be there to guide me. More
I drive a Nissan Murano and recently had my tire light turn on. Well I didn't even know it was a tire light! I called the dealership and spoke with John. He was so nice and patient with me as I described turn on. Well I didn't even know it was a tire light! I called the dealership and spoke with John. He was so nice and patient with me as I described what the light on my dashboard was. He said that with the weather change, it could cause the light to go on, but it would be good to bring it in since my dashboard was telling me it was a flat tire. Believe it or not, I had a nail in my tire. He was able to patch the tire. On top of that he got me in right when I called, and I was out within an hour. He was super nice, extremely professional, and even called to make sure the tire was OK later that day. Talk about primo service, no one has ever done that for me before!! I will bring back my car to Dobbs and tell my friends and family to go there too! Thanks John!! More
