So disappointed in this dealership. If my car wasn’t under warranty there, I would be elsewhere. Horrible customer service, no one answers the phones, try to upswell you on issues that don’t need fixing under warranty there, I would be elsewhere. Had them tell me I had to replace all wheel locks and thankfully the only woman in the service area working, took me outside and told me to drive another 30 minutes to the farther Nissan dealership and they would just find the fit to my car- about an $80 difference.... took my car to get a rear brake light fixed and I had to take it back 4 different times for issues like “oh we don’t have the part” (after I’ve waited in the lobby for 45+ minutes) and then when I picked it back up the 3rd time , the middle break light was then out. Seriously, did someone not check? now I’ve been trying for days to contact someone about my warranty to see if my car can get towed and fixed and no one answers, has no helpful information , or tells me my car needs to be PHYSICALLY there to check my warranty ....? I work in customer service, have for 7+ years so normally I try to be very patient. This place does not care about their customers or their time. More

Worst Service Department ever Worst auto service organization I have dealt with in 40 years of driving. My car needed a transmission gasket covered under warranty. Despite making an appointment, it took until the 4th day to get my car back. On top of an inexcusably slow service time, it is very, very difficult to get anyone in the service department to actually answer the phone. Should be renamed the no-service department. More

Tuesday 7/16/19, after leaving messages about 10 in all to find out problem.Johnathon told me it was our air conditioning compressor, AND Nissan recommends to replace evaporator too! Because particles will destroy the Evaporator if not replaced! gave me estimate of $1200 for everything, later that day on Tuesday evening before closing, estimate was wrong, it will be $1900.00. Wednsday 7/17/19 called to find out about parts, he said they arrived, our vehicle was taken apart, but waiting on tech to arrive. Drove up to Autonation Nissan to find out why I am getting run around. Found my vehicle was never touched, looked at or nothing, did not see parts for vehicle anywhere! Removed vehicle from them took it to Jim Keras Nissan, done in less than 4 hrs, back on road and saved over $700.00. DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR!!!!!! More

Do not buy a car from automation Nissan or service. I asked him to review all the repairs that have done and reimburse me for the repairs that I had to redo. Guess what he never got back to me. This is coming from a customer who did business with them for over 15 years. In August 2017 I spent $ 2850 for major repairs (maxima had only 54k miles), while at the same time Nissan spent a few thousand. They messed my air during the repair. I drove the car and it was making noise, they assured me everything is ok. I took the car to be inspected and to our surprise they forgot to bolt the engine (Pictures are available). I could have been killed. This week I am having to do some of the exact repairs that were supposedly done, this having to be done only after 7k miles. I have made my decision to never do business with this dealership. They have no appreciation for customers and you make your own conclusion on their performance. I either have a lemon of a maxima or just a horrible service department. More
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Recall I took my car in today for service and to have a recall checked. The service person called and told me my car failed the recall, they would have to confiscate it because it was at risk of blowing up, and they couldn't provide a rental car until tomorrow. When I explained I was 50 miles from home, they told me I'd have to find and pay for my own rental car today. I asked for my oil change to be comped because of this inconvenience and extra expense and was told they don't give discounts on oil changes. They showed absolutely zero concern over my being stranded 50 miles from home. More
