Well in 2020 I bought my Murano from this dealer ship & I went for the service recently !! Made the appointment for my oil change service & had the coupon for $44.99 for the oil changed & Tire rotation!! Wel went for the service recently !! Made the appointment for my oil change service & had the coupon for $44.99 for the oil changed & Tire rotation!! Well when I showed the coupon the service advisor mentioned that coupon had expired & cant honor that so he charged me $64 instead of $44.99 , but the worst part is that is my key fob needed to change with new battery & I was told before in the same dealership that the key fob battery has Life time warranty!! It sounds like this dealership business must be slow , so he even charged me $5.00 for the battery!! Sorry to say but I m not putting my foot again in that dealership for service nor to purchase !!! We brought in our 2011 Nissan Leaf because the brakes were very grabby at low speeds. Wondered if the brake pads needed replacing. We left the car in the morning and got a call later that day that the were very grabby at low speeds. Wondered if the brake pads needed replacing. We left the car in the morning and got a call later that day that the car was ready to be picked up. WHen we got there, they said they found some road debris near the brakes that was causing the problem and charged us NOTHING for the effort - saying they do free brake inspections! Can't argue with that ! Courteous employees and great service. More
