Great service advisor Ken! Honest and knowledgeable- the only bad thing has nothing to do with the service guys- it’s the dealership - they suckered me into an extended warrant Honest and knowledgeable- the only bad thing has nothing to do with the service guys- it’s the dealership - they suckered me into an extended warranty and now my 5 1/2 year old car has a sensor issue…. And imagine this…. It’s not covered in the “very specific” (managers words) warranty!!!! So ….. it is what it is….. but warning to be wary of their extended coverage they will try to see you More

Ken may look rough around the edges don’t be afraid he really knows his shi*. I went in for an oil change and walked out with an oil change and 4 new tires… he saved me over $.100.0 from discount tires an really knows his shi*.
