I will always be the oil change and my car always has something and I leave paying at least 500 dollars, just for being a woman. This last time I told them, I don't want to know and yet they sent me a vi something and I leave paying at least 500 dollars, just for being a woman. My husband had service done this morning on his blue 2022 Nissan Kicks, which he also bought from Autonation Nissan. The service done was just oil change and tire rotation. Then they washed the car. Afte Nissan Kicks, which he also bought from Autonation Nissan. The service done was just oil change and tire rotation. Then they washed the car. After the service, he had not gone far away, when he had to go back because of a crack on the windshield that he noticed. He talked with Mike G. Instead of settling this, Mike said to file a claim to the insurance! Is this a good SOP? Is this good customer service? We want to understand. I think Autonation Nissan should have done more than wash its hands clean of the trouble it caused. More
