Lenny Duval is an EXCELLENT sales rep. for this dealership. He is the kind of employee every employer should hope for. From the moment he knew I was interested in looking at a new vehicle, until dealership. He is the kind of employee every employer should hope for. From the moment he knew I was interested in looking at a new vehicle, until the time I signed on the dotted line, Lenny's attention, patience, time, knowledge, and understanding were there for me,(the customer), and no one else. There were no annoying phone calls, anyone paging him, etc... He was very professional, as well as very sincere. He made sure we looked at every vehicle that I showed an interest in, drove several to make sure it was what I wanted, and never once seemed pushy or anxious to make me feel like I had to make a decision about buying a vehicle. Lenny also introduced me to Chris Ditmore, who took the time to explain various things to me about the different options available for the vehicle. Chris, too, was very knowlegeable, understanding, and very easy to talk to. J.R. Dillon was very friendly from the finance department, and I really appreciated Lenny taking me over to the service department to meet Dolly Sousa in the service department. Each and every one of these employees was outstanding. They ALL took the time to make me feel comfortable in my adventures of purchasing a new vehicle. He made many suggestions to be what we can do to allow me to purchase a vehicle of my choice. What makes this emplyee so unique is that My initial contact was with his co-worker Chris. When I arrived at the dealership Chris was not there, so Lenny assisted me. I have previously worked in commission sales and to let you know the person who made the first contact is the one that gets credit for the sale. So in this case I was Chris's customer but I would had never known it because I was treated with respect and dignity and made me feel that I was appreciated for doing business there. Lenny took a lot of his quality time helping me to find a car to meet my needs whereas he could been helping one of his own customers. This is what I call team work. Keep up the good work. From the moment we stepped on the lot, Lenny was right there to greet us and lead us directly to the car we were interested in. When we first chose one Lenny went in to inquire about a deal. The price was too high for me, and Lenny did not try to push me into buying it. I thanked him kindly and we were about to leave, but Lenny said he wanted to try to find one similar that I could afford if I was interested. I told him that would be fine. Lenny found another Pathfinder on the lot for about $5000.00 less with almost the same features. Only difference was color and no Nav. system. I looked it over and asked Lenny to see what type of deal they could give me. The GM, I believe his name was Vic?, was extremly helpful as well. He gave me a GREAT trade in value for my car and made me a deal no one could pass up. There were two other gentlman who helped us as well, but I do not have their names. One, I believe, was in charge of the used cars he checked out my trade in and helped get us a good trade in value and a gentleman who I believe is in charge of the internet purchases, (Chris?)was very friendly and helped set up my bluetooth for my cell phone usage. Everyone was VERY nice. My husband is now thinking of buying a Pathfinder for himself as well and he will be returning to Desert Nissan. I shopped around at a lot of different dealerships and not one of them had as wonderful of staff as this store. I love my Nissan and will definitly be a repeat customer. More
