I don't know where to start...we pick a car, got a co signer and were TOLD on more than one occasion that we got approved for a loan through a bank by lenny duval a sales rep/finance manager and the sale signer and were TOLD on more than one occasion that we got approved for a loan through a bank by lenny duval a sales rep/finance manager and the sales director J.R at DN. We take the car on saturday and get a call thursday that the bank didn't approve all of sudden. My husband my mom and I are confused at this point because we were told everything was set and FINAL when we signed the papers. We go back to DN and we're told that the numbers we got for the car are "ESTIMATES" not numbers the bank gave them. We inform them that lenny told us a bank said they would finance us which is the ONLY reason we drove off the lot with that car, otherwise we would not have wasted our time and money on something we weren't sure if we were getting. When we made it a big deal that we were told we were approved by lenny, J.R said "I don't know why lenny would say that because its false advertisement." Just hearing this made me question what kind of dealership we were dealing with. Not only are their employees liars and scammers but they will say and get you to sign ANYTHING to agree to the "ESTIMATES." More
It was a pleasure going to Desert Nissan after spending half a day at a Ford dealership and being told they will get back to us in a couple days. Dave Froemming was very friendly and there was no pressure. He made us feel like he wanted our business without the pressure. He showed what would work for us. The whole process from the time we drove in until we were driving out of the dealership with our new car only took about three hours. We purchased the car on a Monday evening and got a call Wednesday morning saying the green slip was ready. Finance Manager Myrna Humphreys also took the time to explain different options and once again with no pressure to purchase anything extra. Will definitely recommend Desert Nissan, Dave and Myrna. I went to this dealership after going to volkswagen. VW was not in my price range for used cars and my second choice was a Nissan Sentra. I did not want a used car but being a first time buyer I didn't rea was not in my price range for used cars and my second choice was a Nissan Sentra. I did not want a used car but being a first time buyer I didn't really have another option. I was helped by John, who was very helpful and very friendly. After I was not helped negotiate on a car priced way to high for the amount of miles, I wanted to leave and I was upset. John helped me find a few other cars in my price range that were not Sentras. Then, as I was about to leave, we found a car, test drove it and came to an agreement. I was helped, and I went home with the car about a day later. They were friendly, nice, and tried to meet all of my needs. More

I had been shopping not only in Vegas but within a 500 mile radius. David never pressured me into buying anything that speaks volumes over a lot of other salesman at other dealerships. It took a while to get the deal done and head out of the door but well worth it in the end. If you are in the market for a new car without a lot of hassle then go and see David Froemming. He is great! More
I am a first time car buyer and was a little nervous about this experience because I have heard so many things about car dealerships and how they try and push you in to things. I have to say it was a pl about this experience because I have heard so many things about car dealerships and how they try and push you in to things. I have to say it was a pleasure working with both Zach and Lou. They were both very friendly and gave me lots of options to help me make the best choice for me. Zach was very helpful not pushy at all and was very honest, if I had a question he was not sure about he didn't try to make something up but always went and found the answer. Lou worked extra hard for me helping me with the price and my financing. I am very greatful for their help and will definately come back here to purchase my next car. With out the help of them I don't think this experience would of been as enjoyable. Thank you for all your hard work!! More
When we first walked on the lot Dave greeted us.With a warm hello.Introduced himself.He showed us the vehicle we were interested in.Explained everything in detail.(not short cutting anything)After talking warm hello.Introduced himself.He showed us the vehicle we were interested in.Explained everything in detail.(not short cutting anything)After talking to him for 10 minutes.I could tell the guy was genuine.And I felt like I knew him for 10 years.My wife wanted to look at other cars,He offered us something to drink.Then he took us up and down the isles.No rushing,explaining the cars options and attributes.After deciding on a car.(after a few test drives)He took us to start the paper work.offered us drinks again.After the paper work was started,I met Chris for a brief period.A very genuine person as well.Then it was time to meet J.R (the finance manager).Big smile, and a very nice gentlemen.Another pleasure to deal with.(not pushy with the extended warrenty options)Then I went to Mallory and Linda,they explained everything in detail for registering the car as well.All in all,I had a great experiance with the dealership,and the people that make it so succesful.THE EMPLOYEES.Keep up the great work people.YOU ARE PLANET NISSAN.And Dave,your the best. The salesperson was genuinely friendly and took her time to show me several vehicles and did not rush me into a quick decision. I went back several times to test drive vehicles and she bent over backwards to meet me when convenient for my schedule. Management was also a breeze to deal with when we wrapped up the deal. I feel like I paid a very fair price for my Xterra. I don't normally buy service plans but the dealership was so easy to work with that I decided to purchase a service plan as well. Thank you Desert Nissan and I will recommend you to my friends and family for their vehicle needs. More
