I have a maroon red Nissan 2008 Sentra. I have had my car in there twice over the past three months and I thought they were helpful at first but now we took it too a different Nissan place and there are many in there twice over the past three months and I thought they were helpful at first but now we took it too a different Nissan place and there are many problems wrong with my car now. I'm upset because we've had it in there many times and a second time to there to check what was wrong & they fixed one thing but now there are a million other problems. I felt that the finance team tried to put the hard sell on for the extended warranty. Eventually I did get the extended warranty at a price I was satisfied with. I would also have checked with Costco prior to buying, if I had known that they can also provide a discount. More

Brought my car in for oil change and 45,000 mile service and left it over night. After they looked at it, I get a phone message telling that it needed an additional $420.00 services to it that it did not ne and left it over night. The owners guide does not recommend it, automotive sites on the net said it was probably a common scam, and mechanic friends of mine told me unless I had engine troubles don’t do it!! Next day comes and I called my service rep at the 8:00 a.m. opening, at 8:10 a.m. I left message with him. At 9:00 a.m. I call again, no answer - voice mail, I called back and left a message thru the main operator. At 11:15 a.m. (3 1/4 hours later) and nine tries he finally returns my call. OK SO here is the best part after trying to rip me off and poor customer service the service they did required driving it to the service bay and back out. I get my paperwork and it shows the same milage go in as coming out, BUT when I get in the car there are 4 miles they put on it for basically an oil change. Think that is called ........? I will not be back with these people, you need to decide if it worth it for you. More
I made an appointment with Dolly who failed to tell Andy P so it was not on his computer-the only thing he had for Tuesday was a 3 or 3:30; however, I was still forced to come back the next day-even though P so it was not on his computer-the only thing he had for Tuesday was a 3 or 3:30; however, I was still forced to come back the next day-even though the mechanic (good guy) offered to fix it then. Andy told him "No. She does not have an appointment so she has to come back tomorrow" I explained to him that I had to cancel an entire day of appointments and it would be a great hardship to do it again tomorrow. He then informed me that when I come tomorrow I would have to leave the car over night FOR A BREAK LIGHT ($78.00 PLUS $19.00 MISC FEE - THE LIGHT IS $8.00)and to turn my "check engine soon" lignt (oil light still stays on alot) Plus, of course, since the light is on, let's throw in a diagnotic check. By the way, getting 13 miles to the gallon on a highbrid "is the way it is" because I "cannot step on the gas peddle more than 1/4 the way down" And They did NOT EVEN WASH THE CAR!!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHO LISTENS HOW CUSTOMER ABUSIVE YOU ARE and I am a Real Estate Broker just up the street and I talk to everyone! More

I don't know where to start...we pick a car, got a co signer and were TOLD on more than one occasion that we got approved for a loan through a bank by lenny duval a sales rep/finance manager and the sale signer and were TOLD on more than one occasion that we got approved for a loan through a bank by lenny duval a sales rep/finance manager and the sales director J.R at DN. We take the car on saturday and get a call thursday that the bank didn't approve all of sudden. My husband my mom and I are confused at this point because we were told everything was set and FINAL when we signed the papers. We go back to DN and we're told that the numbers we got for the car are "ESTIMATES" not numbers the bank gave them. We inform them that lenny told us a bank said they would finance us which is the ONLY reason we drove off the lot with that car, otherwise we would not have wasted our time and money on something we weren't sure if we were getting. When we made it a big deal that we were told we were approved by lenny, J.R said "I don't know why lenny would say that because its false advertisement." Just hearing this made me question what kind of dealership we were dealing with. Not only are their employees liars and scammers but they will say and get you to sign ANYTHING to agree to the "ESTIMATES." More
It was a pleasure going to Desert Nissan after spending half a day at a Ford dealership and being told they will get back to us in a couple days. Dave Froemming was very friendly and there was no pressure. He made us feel like he wanted our business without the pressure. He showed what would work for us. The whole process from the time we drove in until we were driving out of the dealership with our new car only took about three hours. We purchased the car on a Monday evening and got a call Wednesday morning saying the green slip was ready. Finance Manager Myrna Humphreys also took the time to explain different options and once again with no pressure to purchase anything extra. Will definitely recommend Desert Nissan, Dave and Myrna. More
