If the General Manager really wants to make it up to my husband & I He would be the one calling us not telling me to contact him, that’s giving me the runaround. I will never come back to Auto nation Nissan. Yes I did buy a used truck I understand it’s as is most of the time but Alejandro promised several accessories and then when I brought it up he made me look like I was the crazy one. He gave me a very high APR and when we realized the percentage we asked why so high then Raven explained to us that we did have an option to just add my husband by himself we would of had a 4% APR. But we were never given the option! Alejandro screwed us over in many ways not only with the accessories.
