They were prompt to address my appointment and service concerns. Found it interesting they did a 40 point inspection and recommend the transmission and brake flush left out the coolant flush. They also did not replace by or recommend replacing my air filter which I knew was dirty even after I had authorized them to replace the air filter. No problem a trip to auto zone and two minutes easy enough to change out. One of these days if they ever start making enough new cars I might look at a new Nissan. More

RICKY NG WAS THE SERVICE ADVISOR THAT ATTENDED MY APPOINTMENT FOR OIL CHANGE AND TO CHECK MY CARLESS KEYS THAT MY CAR WILL NOT START UNLESS THE KEYS WERE PLACED CLOSER TO THE IGNITION. THE BATTERY IS APPOINTMENT FOR OIL CHANGE AND TO CHECK MY CARLESS KEYS THAT MY CAR WILL NOT START UNLESS THE KEYS WERE PLACED CLOSER TO THE IGNITION. THE BATTERY IS SOMEWHAT WEAKENED AND SO IT WAS REPLACED. ALL THE SERVICES I HAVE REQUESTED WAS DONE. I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE APPOINTMENT AGAIN WITH RICKY NG WHEN ITS TIME FOR MY CAR SERVICE.
