I went into the dealership knowing exactly what i wanted and you were able to make it happen. My sales associate was Ulysses and was awesome. He was easy to get along with and took care of what he needed to and you were able to make it happen. My sales associate was Ulysses and was awesome. He was easy to get along with and took care of what he needed to. He helped deliver the vehicle to my home as well as long as i drove him back, that was very much appreciated. The vehicle was priced at a good rate until i noticed the vehicle had about 5 heavy marks in the side of them, the vehicle side door also did not open. I did not negotiate pricing on this but wish these things were notated on paper prior to purchasing it. I had to find out on my own after leaving the dealership. My only disappointment was i just bought a vehicle from you for $40,000 and you left the fuel tank with the light on!!! When i asked Ulysses he said that management was strict about gas. This is a huge disappointment and left a bad taste after an otherwise flawless transaction. More
The dealership made sure my car was safe before leaving and because they didn’t feel that it was 100% correct they gave me a rental until the problem was solved. They were prompt to address my appointment and service concerns. Found it interesting they did a 40 point inspection and recommend the transmission and brake flush left out the coolant flush. They also did not replace by or recommend replacing my air filter which I knew was dirty even after I had authorized them to replace the air filter. No problem a trip to auto zone and two minutes easy enough to change out. One of these days if they ever start making enough new cars I might look at a new Nissan. More
