I am an out of state buyer which makes things quite a bit more complex. Bernard (sales) and Jaime (finance) made things easy. They coordinated paperwork and transport, and no haggling. The price of the car was significantly less than what I could find in North Texas, so even paying for shipping I still got a great deal. Coordinating transport is tough right now, but they did it! I had a lot of issues with the NV passenger from the start, purchased from another dealer. These guys did most of the service issues I had. A few hiccups, brought it back several times for the same iss start, purchased from another dealer. These guys did most of the service issues I had.
