I had a very pleasant experience. Service people are courteous and helpful. I received reminders for my appointments. The lounge is always comfortable and clean where you can enjoy fresh brewed coffee and watch television while you wait for your vehicle. My car was always washed when I was handed my keys back. It’s a farther drive for me, but their service is worth it. More

In return Ryan gave me options and let me know consequences of each option. He kept his word on when I would have my vehicle back it was even done a little earlier. I have have been to this dealership a few times and really like the professionalism, Integrity, and the way that they treat their clients. I would give them 10 stars if possible. They always go above and beyond for me when I go for my car issues. I will not go to any other Nissan dealership. More

Truthful about my money coming back on selling to them but decided to say nothing knowing he knew I thought I was getting same day as I was offered o Truthful about my money coming back on selling to them but decided to say nothing knowing he knew I thought I was getting same day as I was offered of course low end should of just taken my sale price of my mustang and left but I said im gonna need a car but was offered no mark offs now I looked up the price and once again over charged I try to be fair so they can make money I get but to get over on me after I try to call text took awhile for response but prior they where on my xxx so pushy and think they think Om dumb and just xxxx me for profits I get but if you want repeat bushiness then get with the business so I decided to return my truck today since no one called and explain why I didn't get my returned balance I have 5 business days ive read and done my homework on returning and they will know what its like getting no profits from the sale to me and my sale to them this had been a waste of everybody's time and w her can I ever find someone that just keeps it real and try to rush and ignore key things ive said about my money I get it and I don't get it but maybe this cheap lesson to them will be a training course to better there sales rep and I know it will only do good off there company and not go through this stupid waste of my Time all I wanted to do is sale my car and buy a car but no one could just slow down be more of a human and don't tin k about closing a deal so that there pay is higher on the sale take just a little less not much but show me a little respect rather that getting me for every penny thats why by law they is a grace period for returns because this kind of practice happens way to often .
