My name is Douglas olney and I did a service there oil change at 7am Monday morning. Customer experience was nice and great She help me of my car oil change and offered me coffee or something to drink t change at 7am Monday morning. Nice employees there friendly and courteous. The cashier was so nice patient and helpful thank you so much you guys are awesome what you do. Terrible service! Had an appointment to get two items fixed. Had a minor rattle in my roof, and had a more major issue with my air-conditioned seats not working. While at the dealership, they told me the motor was running backwards in the seats, and I was sent on my way. They told me they would get back to me shortly. 12 days later, I have not heard a word back from the dealership. Terrible service! More
