They were able to take me the same day I came in. I needed tires due to a bubble and had to have this done before I traveled back home. They understood and even got a tire special they were running. AutoNation Nissan of Las Vegas had the car I wanted at the price I wanted. They gave me a good price on my trade in. The car came in before Bernie promised and he made the transaction go smoothly. Raven B the price I wanted. They gave me a good price on my trade in. The car came in before Bernie promised and he made the transaction go smoothly. Raven Brosier did the paper work and I drove off in my new Kicks. Dianna Cross followed up afterwards and helped me as well. More
Super nice offer for a free synthetic oil change. Called ahead to schedule appointment and verify offer details. No gimmicks or upsells, they finished within the 1.5 hour estimate. I've been here once before for a similar warranty covered recall fix and it was also great. More

Initially AutoNation Nissan provided a reasonable offer for the purchase of our used vehicle after their initial inspection of the vehicle. I worked with the Vehicle Aquisition Specialist, Zachary Earnest for the purchase of our used vehicle after their initial inspection of the vehicle. I worked with the Vehicle Aquisition Specialist, Zachary Earnest, after the initial inspection and offer to negotiate a higher purchase price. However, when I brought the vehicle in for the purchase transaction, I was informed that AutoNation Nissan would no longer honor their negotiated and agreed purchase price, but instead was going to reduce that purchase price by $1,500. At that point, I was frustrated with the process and decided not to sell the vehicle that day. I stayed in contact with Zachary and brought the vehicle back in a few days later to complete the transaction. It was agreed at that time the vehicle would be purchased for the reduced amount previously stated. We dropped off the vehicle to allow AutoNation to prepare the transfer paperwork and the purchase check. However, during the 30-minute window that we were gone, we received a call from Zachary stating that AutoNation was no longer going to honor the reduced purchase price and again reduced the purchase price by another $500. At this point I was extremely frustrated with the process and the lack of integrity that the dealership showed, however I just wanted to complete the purchase process and be done with the transaction. I agreed to proceed with the now reduced price of $2,000 from the original negotiated purchase price. In my opinion, AutoNation Nissan advertises themselves as able to beat any purchase price. To me this seems like a fraudulent claim as a sales ploy to bring people into to sell their vehicle. When a customer and a business negotiate a price and then the business reneges on the agreement, not once, but twice and at the very last minute, that is completely unprofessional and disreputable. In the future, I will not be recommending AutoNation Nissan to anyone for the sale of their used vehicle. To know that AutoNation Nissan will provide and attractive offer and then not honor it in the end it not worth the time or effort! More
I brought in a 2014 Altima for lack of power on heavy acceleration. Ron Sharp contacted me and says they've diagnosed the concern and determined the transmission was causing my problem. I approved the tr acceleration. Ron Sharp contacted me and says they've diagnosed the concern and determined the transmission was causing my problem. I approved the transmission replacement for $6,168.07. After the transmission was replaced, Ron calls and says now the car needs a new fuel pump. I asked Ron if the symptoms were still the same after the transmission replacement and Ron and the Tech confirmed, the car still had the same exact symptoms. The fuel pump cuts out and loses fuel pressure under hard acceleration. It appears the tech misdiagnosed the concern and installed a new transmission. I expressed my concern about misdiagnosing and asked if they could remove the transmission since it DID NOT FIX my problem. I spoke to the Service Lane Manager, Mike, who says the transmission has been programmed to the car and it will not be removed. The excuse Mike used was there was an overheat code and the transmission had to be replaced. So I was sold a transmission for one overheat code even though that was NOT the reason for my issue. I'm not sure the Service Manager is even aware of the situation. Very disappointed. I feel robbed. How can any business operate by "shot gunning" repairs that were not needed. On top of it all, the vehicle was absolutely filthy and they couldn't even wash it after a $6,743.84 bill. More
