The Sales Team at this location is wonderful but the Service Department is awful! Each time I have come in for service they didn’t have records of my contract. This last week I had to wait for my car as I didn’t have a ride home. I had an appointment at 11:30 and I was still waiting at 2;30. They don’t offer shuttle service either. I don’t understand why they overbook if they don’t have the personnel to get the job done. This is very frustrating. More
It wouldn’t be fair to give 5 stars since I only had business with the service department. Although I don’t agree with the many things they say need repairing on my car, they took care of the recalls I business with the service department. Although I don’t agree with the many things they say need repairing on my car, they took care of the recalls I sent there for and the service technician, Ryan, was very professional and treated me nicely and with respect. He offered suggestions on what to repair first and foremost, answered all my questions in what I regard as very truthfully. Although the recalls took 4 hours to complete while I waited, I’d return if necessary. More
Leased a 2021 Rogue and had transmission issues from the first week. Had 8 visits since then and it is still having problems with the CVT.
