Courteous, professional, reasonable time frame James was great ! Showed me what I needed and why and I appreciate that. He anticipated my needs and gave me some coupons that helped financially. He worked with me on pricing and communicated clearly every step of the way. Sammie’s professionalism and respectful approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He definitely deserves a five-star rating. On the other hand, my experience with Chris was disappointing. Communication was poor, and instead of taking time to explain things or understand my concerns, he became loud and dismissive. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable—especially when dealing with customers’ time and money. Clear, respectful communication is key, and unfortunately, that was missing in my interaction with Chris. Avoid Autonation Nissan at all costs unless you enjoy being lied to, manipulated, and disrespected. This place is the definition of shady, and the worst part? The so-called ‘general manager,’ Manny, is t being lied to, manipulated, and disrespected. This place is the definition of shady, and the worst part? The so-called ‘general manager,’ Manny, is the biggest xxxxxxx of them all. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was a mess—disorganized, unprofessional, and full of salespeople who would rather hustle you than actually help. I came in expecting a fair deal, but instead, I got an experience straight out of a bad movie. I was told one price over the phone, only to arrive and be hit with thousands in hidden fees that ‘somehow’ weren’t mentioned earlier. When I confronted them, Manny himself came out, acting like he was doing me a favor by ‘explaining’ why I had no choice but to accept their garbage offer. He talked in circles, refused to honor what was originally discussed, and kept pushing nonsense excuses about ‘market adjustments’ and ‘bank fees.’ It was a classic bait-and-switch, and they had zero shame about it. To make matters worse, the entire process was painfully slow. I was there for seven hours being jerked around—documents ‘disappearing,’ endless waiting, and nonsense excuses about why things weren’t moving forward. Manny kept ducking in and out, acting like he was too important to actually handle anything. The only time he gave me his full attention was when he was pressuring me to sign paperwork that didn’t match the deal I was promised. At the end of it all, I walked out feeling like I had just been scammed. And judging by the looks on other customers’ faces, I wasn’t the only one. This place is rotten to its core—corroding from the inside out with sleazy sales tactics, deception, and a complete lack of respect for customers. Nissan makes decent cars, but this dealership? It should be shut down and replaced with literally anything else. A landfill would be a step up from this disaster. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away. More
