We drove over 200 miles to go to Mike Shad Nissan to purchase our second truck from them. The second experience was just as amazing as the first. Scott went above and beyond the call of duty to find us the car we were looking for. This was not an easy task. The cayenne red Jukes weren't easy to find. He followed it, arranged to acquire it and called us immediately. He took the time to understand what we wanted and what we were willing to pay - and gave us a fair price on the trade-ins. I was impressed by the very friendly associates working there and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone serious about purchasing a new vehicle. This dealer was honestly not my first pick. Actually, ANY dealer to me was not the first pick. When I was about to walk out he door at Nissan, one of the managers approached me and my family and was very int dealer to me was not the first pick. He promised to keep a lookout for the perfect car and kept his word. Although we were a tough sale, Todd kept a good attitude and was sensitive to the quality we expected and budget we were under. I didn't think I'd ever buy from a dealer, but by the end of the sale I felt like the people were more personal than I expected. Good job guys More

I went in to get an oil change and to have my tire pressure light turned off. They did the oil change, but did not turn reset the tire pressure light. I bought a 2004 lancer in Mike shad nissan of Jacksonville. They are awesome! I knew that some of my friends told me before that usually if you bought a car from a dealer, after they sold it, you Jacksonville. They are awesome! But Mike Shad really did a great job here. I drove the cat back to Gainesville and the next time, there seems to be a little bit problem with the caliper. Actually I knew it may happens because anyway it's a used car and I am a new driver so I just feel not safe to drive and I called them for help. They told me that they could pay for the fee to drag my car from gainesville to jacksonville. It's like 80 miles away. And for free. After that, they help me chaneg a whole new caliper. It is so nice. And the car's great. I love the color the shape, and the price is also great for me. And after that they keep asking me about how's it going with the car. They are the best! I think from a customer side, it's really warm to have a business with such a company especially for a foreigner girl alone in the States.!! You should buy a car here and trust them. Indeed!! More

This was the worst experience I had ever had purchasing a car. I purchased the car and had to come back to get it detailed. It took them 4 hours to put on my running boards. They had a curtousy shuddle that took you places while waiting on your car. They told me it would be 1-2 hours for detailing and putting on my running boards and they left me at a panera bread for almost 3 hours. Then when I got back to the dealership the car was not detailed and they tried to overcharge me. When waiting in the service department, many individuals where complaining about the service. Now that my car is sold I am trying to get my gap insurance back and it has taken them 1 month to even process it. I would HIGHLY say.......DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR THROUGH THEM! More
