I previously had a Nissan so continuing with the brand was a "no brainer". I bought a used 2019 Nissan rouge 10/26 and super happy with it. On 11/15 I emailed my sales rep Steven and advised I noticed my front fender was "popping out" and there had been no collision of any sort. He responded advising "it's due to the AZ heat" but will get me in ASAP. I was able to bring my vehicle in 11/23 and was scheduled to see Jonathan. He looked at the bumper along with who I believe was a service manager and confirmed that the bumper would need to be replaced or "glued". I advised the bumper wasn't an issue when I drove off with it but noticed it shortly after purchase. Jonathan walked me in from the service area to find my sales rep Steven. He discussed my situation with Steven and a sales manager ( he wears tight chinos and dress shoes). I waited and Jonathan told me sales would pay for my bumper repair. He would need to contact a Particular technician who is there odd days and hours to complete the repair and would follow up. The repair would be complete same day he said. I emailed Jonathan after my non appointment on 11/23 and advised I would like my vehicle repaired before Christmas if possible. Never received a response. I emailed my sales rep Steven 12/1 asking for an update, he responded that evening that he would get back to me in the morning. 12/2 I email asking for status and no response. Concerned I'd fallen through the cracks, I called to speak with a manager 12/6 to which I was advised service manager was on vacation but was transferred to the parts manager. He advised will look into my situation and would call back. He called back at 5pm advising that they were unable to approve my bumper repair via the service dept because " You bought a used car" but he would speak with the GM and follow up with me. My frustration with this place is this. Never once when I inquired on my bumper did I ask or suggest they pay for it. NOT ONCE! However I do not appreciate being told one thing by reps then told something else when I inquire on my repair status. Sales manager stated he would approve they repair it on 11/23 but now it seems as if I've been lied to, everyone has amnesia and isn't responding. This place is so customer service oriented until the loan funds, it's been 5 days after purchase and the reps get their bonus for the sale. Then you are another number. The fact that now on 12/7 I'm still waiting, the narrative has changed makes me seem as if I'm lying regarding what I was told. My regret is not only buying a vehicle from this place but for not asking for their word on paper, or xxxx recording the conversation myself. I just want my bumper repaired as advised and to do as minimal business with this place until I can get sell this car. More
Sold me a van with a lein on it. Was not disclosed or mentioned at any point of the sale. It's been 6mos and I still have no registration or tags. It's like pulling teeth with these guys trying to get te mentioned at any point of the sale. It's been 6mos and I still have no registration or tags. Extremely unsatisfactory customer service, run don't walk away from Auto Nation Chandler Nissan. More
Car was promised finished in afternoon ( had appt at 9:30). Called three times to check status. Had to leave voicemail for advisor. Got NO return call. Finally got receptionist to track him down. At 5 pm when I FINALLY talked to him , was informed that car would not be ready till next day. No communication from advisor during the day and not even an apology for the inconvenience the next day when I picked up my car. Will not use AutoNation Nissan Chandler again! More
I wish I could give less than one star. This service department is literally the absolute worst. Their customer service is horrible. I had an awful experience there prior and the only reason I took my vehicle back here was the issue they "corrected" prior was now having issues again. I should have gone elsewhere. They made me set an appt to drop my vehicle off at 7am on a Wednesday, told me they would let me know the issue and the timeframe to fix by that afternoon. Nothing on Wednesday, Thursday afternoon rolls around and I try to contact the rep helping us and he won't return my calls or answer the phone. Finally get a call Friday that they looked at it and it will take until Wednesday Wednesday be done. Ok fine, Wednesday rolls around I hear Nothing all day. At around 4pm I call and leave another message Nothing. So I called the rep 10 times in a row until he finally answered his phone. He then tells me that oh well there is one more part we ordered the wrong one of but we will have that first thing in the morning and it will be done by lunch. Here we are past 4pm on Thursday and still no call and I cannot get him to answer his phone even though I am being told repeatedly by the front desk that he is sitting right next to it. I don't understand how customer service and communication can be this terrible. More

Love the service here. So easy and quick. Ian was right there for my appointment. No waiting. Reminded me what was needed for mileage. O top of that free car wash. Awesome experience! I love my new Altima and it was all thanks to Brandon, David and of course the GM Victor and Ryan! They made it so easy to just make this decision.
