These people are a bunch of liars. They changed their story about 20 times, cannot do math and do not know how to tell the truth. I was interested in purchasing a Armada they told me prices and said to c story about 20 times, cannot do math and do not know how to tell the truth. I was interested in purchasing a Armada they told me prices and said to come down and then they had a dealer Armada they were selling cheaper because it was a Demo that the GM had used. They had me there for hours, TOM was the sales guy and then one of his team members I cannot even remember his name because he was so rude was supposed to be helping me. They made me sit there for hours and ran my credit and then had me drive the Armada home with dealer plates They said they would call me mind you this was at 2pm. Hours went by and I heard nothing I called several times and got no response they kept telling me they were busy and get back to me this went on and on and then they called me and told me they did all the loan stuff on the wrong car when they were completely lying. They then were playing games with numbers and said oh we will call you back. It was 8 o clock and my car was still there I finally just drove there and mind you they kept telling me they were so busy well when I got to the dealership there was not 1 person in there!!!!! They were all sitting there doing nothing! They were all scattered and scrambling changing numbers on me and they clearly thought I was an idiot because what they were saying did not make sense. Make a long story short they said I could get the cheaper Armada we originally looked at well then that price went up by almost 2k at this point I was so irritated I said ok lets do it. Well then come the loan documents they wanted to offer me a crazy interest rate and I said no all of the sales people walked out of the room. Mind you TOM was huffing and puffing in his office about how he was going to have to stay past 9pm is this not his job?? Last time I checked it was. They were all RUDE and made up several lies. THey were trying to pull a fast one on me. Then they said they would call me in the morning to get me a better interest rate after dealing with their attitudes and the way they handle themselves I emailed them and told them I was all set and they did not even care. I know why their numbers are down and thats because they lie and are rude. All they care about is themselves and when things don't go their way it is not beneficial for them. Tom's guy who worked with him said he was going home and was not going to wait for me to purchase because he had been there since 8:30 am I could not believe people were acting this way it was unreal. I could go on and on about these people but they lied and be careful to look at things closely because they are trying to pull a fast one on people. Tom even told me they did not have a good month sales wise, ya its probably because you do not know what your doing! More

I had a very bad experience in working with a particular salesman (Terri Rogers). I communicated with him on the phone and via email. At first he seemed nice and responded to my querry into a particular adv salesman (Terri Rogers). I communicated with him on the phone and via email. At first he seemed nice and responded to my querry into a particular advertised car within several hours. The price he emailed me was actually higher than the advertised price (without any fees yet). He noted the error after I informed him of the discrepancy and then quoted me the advertised price and emailed me a quote with fees. The next day , I had planned on driving nearly 300 miles to go and finish the deal. I called to speak with the salesman and clarify the price and fees quoted in one of his earlier emails. In one of his written responses, he included a total price with tax and fees but did not break things down. When I called to question him to determine if he had taken off the $200 that he had noted in our previous conversation, his attitude changed: He became rude and disrespectful and did not want to explain anything. I asked him to email me a new printed quote and he never did send me the new quote. After being treated so rudely,I decided to look elsewhere for a car and did purchase a car that day from another awesome dealership. I do not recommend this dealership and certainly I would never buy a car from Terri Rogers. More

Price was great, service was great, length of stay was a little too long. the car was originally sold and I received a call to that point but loan fell through. I had arranged an appointment with Tom to look at the Versas. I was mostly curious as to whether I could adjust to the size and performance compared to my Infiniti G35. He immediately suggested a test dirve, but it was a very busy day at the dealership so while we waited for a vehicle he showed me what was available in the Versa Sedan and Hatchback, My color choice (always my first concern) was Gun Metallic. He suggested that I might like to look at a Juke as well and that we test drive one(Gum Metallic of couse) while we waited on the versa. It had the turbo charged engine and I was sold the minute I hit the On-ramp to the freeway. I did drive an Altima and the Versa which were both very nice cars (for someone else). I think Tom knew exactly what i needed. It was well within my price range and he did not even try to lead me toward an Altima 3.5 or Maxima which is what I was expecting. There was minimal negotiation on my trade-in, which I appreciated more than anything else that went on that day. The entire staff at Power Nissan were friendly and ready to help with anyhing that I wanted to know. Thank you Tom for knowing what I needed when I didn't. More
