We had a wonderful experience purchasing our vehicle from Power Nissan. Our sales rep. was Michael Roberts and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I definitely do not believe we would have had the buying process we did if it wasn’t for him. We were in the market for a used vehicle just to get from point A to point B. Our second car recently took an unexpected crap, I'm sure everyone can relate. We wanted a lower payment on something dependable. We had originally gone to Power Toyota in Tempe to look at a vehicle we saw online. NEVER EVER EVER EVER go to that dealership, they were awful. The sales person was horrid. I can’t even remember his real name as we called him everything but that. Anyway, while I was waiting in the car to leave that dealer, I brought up Power Nissan on my phone to look at their used car inventory where I found a Honda Accord I wanted to look at. So we drove down there. Michael greeted us and was extremely friendly. I had my 4 year old daughter with me and he included her in the process. It was very sweet. We looked at the car, took it for a test drive, and proceeded inside to negotiate financing. The process was very quick and painless. There was a bit of a wait getting into finance because the dealer was busy that day, but no problem as they had a nice play area for my daughter. We were in and out of finance and driving home in our new Honda later that evening. Due to the higher mileage on the Honda we received a phone call a few days later saying that the bank did not want to approve the loan and that we would need to get into a vehicle with lower miles. It was crazy, you would think under normal circumstances this would be an inconvenience and upset us, but they were so apologetic, friendly, and already had a backup plan that I didn’t even blink. We went in later that day and they had a NEWER Honda, with FEWER miles, with LEATHER interior and a MOON ROOF... that we got approved for... oh, and SAME PAYMENT. We dealt with TIM in finance and he was very helpful, got us in and out in a jiffy. The whole time we were there Michael was nothing but apologetic for us having to come back and switch vehicles... WHAT?! We ended up with something even better and of which we are VERY VERY VERY satisfied with. Normally I hate car shopping... in fact, I dread it with my whole being as I do not like "sales" people, however MICHAEL was not that at all. He made us feel welcome and like family. He talked about his grandchildren and made my daughter feel included in the experience. All of that matters a great deal. So even though there were a few issues with the financing and having to come back, none of that even mattered to us because of the service we received. We would definitely tell friends and family about Power Nissan and I suggest you ask for Michael Roberts in Sales and Tim in Finance. They make the experience fast, simple, and easy. More
I left work early to go buy a new car. Spent 3 hours at the dealership looking at cars. During the test drive on a car that was a little out of my price range I was told that there was "wiggle" room on the the dealership looking at cars. When we went in and started negotiating all of the sudden here was no wiggle room on the price because it was "priced to sell". After going back and forth a few times on the payment I was told they would submit the loan to the bank and would not have an answer that day. They would try to call me back the next day but since its the end of the month I was told it gets crazy and he wasn't sure he would be able to get back to me!!! Here it is almost 1pm the next day! I found the same car for much less at another Nissan dealership and will be going there. I really don't understand what happened. I have excellent credit and cash for a down payment its like they don't want my money. Elias' loss. More
Tim Gavin was our internet sales associate that really made the whole truck buying experience hassle free. He was patient and calm with all of our questions and made the whole process of buying a new veh made the whole truck buying experience hassle free. He was patient and calm with all of our questions and made the whole process of buying a new vehicle quite enjoyable!! Our finance manager was Andrew Harmon. He was honest and straight forward with all of the different finance options we could use to buy the truck. He was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our truck buying experience. Our total time at the delearship was approximatley one hour and thirty minutes from start to finish!!! I would recommend Tim, Andrew and the rest of the Power team to all my friends who are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I will be using this dealership again in the future!!! My overall experience with Power Nissan would rate between 3 & 4. I understand car sales people have to sell cars, but it seemed like it was pulling teeth to get some of the sales people I dealt with between 3 & 4. When I finally decided to just wait for my vehicle to arrive, the experience became better, because the eventual sales person told me he would call when the car came in. When it finally arrived, Tim was very open and available about getting the deal done, and we now enjoy our new Altima. More

Power Nissan was the third delaership I visited while looking for a used midsize SUV. My initial reaction of dealerships was immediately thrown out the window when I met Fransisco. After asking me a few questions about my needs, he took me into the back to look at a newly detailed Nissan Rogue. I loved it! We took it for a test drive where my uneasy feelings of purchasing a more expensive vehicle blew out the window. I came back later that afternoon and we began the negotiations. Fransisco was extremely busy but still took the the time to fill up the tank, give it another wash, set up my Bluetooth, and show me the details of my new ride. All this, while the financial department was working on my paperwork. It saved so much time and I was so greateful to Fransisco for the help. Great experience and I wouldn't go anywhere else! More
