Very dissatisfied with the service. A less expensive option was available but not mentioned. The service should have cost less $200. But instead the charges were over $1,000. The service technician and the service manager didn't care to help with the issue. The service manager was of absolutely no help, was very rude and hung up the phone on me. I will not do business with Chrysler ever again. I have advised family and friends to do the same. More
