I called and asked if you guys worked with SilverRock the person I spoke with said yes and that I still needed to put my credit card information to secure the appointment. While I had my appointment reschedu person I spoke with said yes and that I still needed to put my credit card information to secure the appointment. While I had my appointment rescheduled not only once but TWICE and the technician still came out trying to sell me a 400 dollar battery now I’m getting billed for the diagnostic it was a guaranteed 1 hour of service when they were literally here for 25 mins and they’re charging me 190.00 now I submitted to have this billed to SilverRock as a claim it was denied. This is ridiculous. Horrible service. More

What a relief! My check engine light blinked on so I called AutoNation to make an appointment. I had no idea they could come to my house to check my Fiat. Saban, the kindest technical mechanic I’ve ever met, arrived on time & quickly hooked up the scanner to find the problem. What a relief! It was only an old gas cap. Saban drove back for the replacement cap, installed it , then reset the system in a flash ! Thank you, Saban & AutoNation for fixing my problem & making my day! More
