SCAM! ! 1. said radiator/lock needed fixing..carvana warranty said ok. $100 given as deductible 2. Mechanic David said it was repaired 5. 1 hour into driving..all fluid on hwy, tow trucks, fun fun 6. Mechanic comes again, charged another $100!!! 7. Called to ask why I was charged twice they said because it was two different issues.. I said xx it was same issue the first mechanic failed to fix 8. They REALLY tried to tell me no it was new issue that happened to show up 1 hour after 1st issue was repaired. SCAM!!!!!! More
If I could give them a 0 star I would. My initial appointment was for 10/30 and it was rescheduled of course. They finally got to me on 11/1 and diagnosed my vehicle. I have had 7 appointments since then and each and every appointment always gets rescheduled for some reason. I am done!!! Crappy service. No recognition of the inconvience this causes customers! All for a hood latch switch. More

They showed up late to first scheduled appointment which caused me to be late to another appointment. Once they did show up, they showed up without the proper equipment to fulfill the repair even though the caused me to be late to another appointment. Once they did show up, they showed up without the proper equipment to fulfill the repair even though the issue (tire balance needed) was explained prior to arrival. They were a no Show for follow up appointment to do the repair. When I called to have the claim cancelled so that I could go to a different mechanic, I was told that I would get a follow up phone call within 24-48 hrs. They were well informed that I only had a 7 window to get the repairs completed, yet waiting 24-48 hrs for a call back would put me well past the deadline. More
