I recently needed to replace the 12V battery on my Tesla Model S and came across AutoNation Mobile Service during a Google search. Their site seemed professional, and I was encouraged when I could enter my Model S and came across AutoNation Mobile Service during a Google search. Their site seemed professional, and I was encouraged when I could enter my vehicle’s year, make, model, and VIN. Shortly after, I received a service estimate and a scheduled appointment window of 8 AM to 1 PM. I entered my credit card info and received confirmation. That’s where the professionalism ended. The morning of the appointment, I received a text stating the technician was loading up and would arrive shortly. Then… nothing. The entire 8-1 window came and went with no technician, no phone call, no explanation. Eventually, a text arrived simply rescheduling my appointment to 1-6 PM—again, with no explanation or discussion. I called in and spoke to a very polite representative, but it was clear she was reading from a script. She assured me the tech was running late but would definitely be there by 2:30–3:00 PM. I reluctantly agreed, but expressed my frustration about the lack of communication. Then, around 4–5 PM, I get a text canceling my appointment altogether, stating they don’t work on Teslas. Seriously? They had my VIN, make, and model from the start. Their website claims they service Teslas. They provided an estimate for a Tesla. They confirmed the service. And only after wasting my entire day, without a car, do they suddenly decide they don’t work on Teslas? Lied and said he battery wasn't available when you can buy them at Tesla all day, every day and all over the internet. This experience was a complete failure of basic customer service. No transparency, no accountability, and clearly no internal communication. If you value your time or need a reliable mobile service, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. They do not care that they waste you time. If I could give them zero starts it would be more than they deserve. More

I paid them $303 to fix problems they diagnosed and it didn’t fix my car. I called another mechanic and he said they diagnosed my car wrong and he has no idea why they replaced the parts they’re not relev didn’t fix my car.
