Bad experience. Not recommended. Tech replaced a part that was not broken. The new part broke when tech tested it because the tech misdiagnosed the problem. Tech Not recommended. Tech said " at least I tried" and proceded to charge me for his poor diagnosis. Then told me i would have to take to a shop somewhere because he doesn't have the ability to remove the dash. These techs are basically for maintenance type work like fluid changes and obviously should not be troubleshooting. I checked my account twice and had no balance they days later they charged my credit card I have on file without my authorization and now my bank has opened a fraud case. Someone manually charged my credit card according to my bank which is not allowed. My bank already refunded charge while they open a case against autonation mobile. Save yourself the headache. More

AutoNation techs have done work on my van for different issue 3 times so far. I had 3 different techs and everyone of them were very professional and did the job correctly. Have consistently received, consistent and reliable mobile mechanic service from AutoNation, even when they were RepairSmith! Their customer service is seamless and always courteous! Hugo was my mech mobile mechanic service from AutoNation, even when they were RepairSmith! Their customer service is seamless and always courteous! Hugo was my mechanic and he is knowledgeable and concise. Fixed the issue within a matter of minutes and I didn't even have to leave home! Thank you so much for being so reliable and professional!! I called and asked if you guys worked with SilverRock the person I spoke with said yes and that I still needed to put my credit card information to secure the appointment. While I had my appointment reschedu person I spoke with said yes and that I still needed to put my credit card information to secure the appointment. While I had my appointment rescheduled not only once but TWICE and the technician still came out trying to sell me a 400 dollar battery now I’m getting billed for the diagnostic it was a guaranteed 1 hour of service when they were literally here for 25 mins and they’re charging me 190.00 now I submitted to have this billed to SilverRock as a claim it was denied. This is ridiculous. Horrible service. More
