Francesco did a great job replacing the battery on the Macan . Promp and thoroughly explained the process and the issues with existing battery. Reset the calibration correctly too. The tech was very friendly, on time, prepared and mechanically knowledgeable with issues related to our vehicle. This service is a mobile service so they came to me. I was leaving the office and had parked on the 5th floor of the parking garage. As I turned on my vehicle it alerted me that I had a flat tire. Daniel of AutoNation Mobile Service was there within a 1/2 hour of my call. He was able to plug the tire and even topped off my oil and washer fluid. I was extremely happy with the service and recommend it highly to all. More

I am beyond, UNHAPPY with your service. ..almost 1700.00 $ spent and my car still isn't running because you took my service tech off the unfinished job and now you want me to pay you MORE mo ..almost 1700.00 $ spent and my car still isn't running because you took my service tech off the unfinished job and now you want me to pay you MORE money to come back out here to rediagnose my car to finish the job. My technician was delightful-so friendly and did my oil change within an hour at my work parking garage. He checked everything else and it was fast and easy.
