Brought vehicle in 3 times to repair or replace broke seat. Lied the first time about repairing. Didn't fix problem the second time and Refuse to replace seat on the 3rd visit. I have used this dealer for several years. They are always courteous. However, the timeliness was not good. My appointment was for 9:30. This dealership is the absolutely best; from their sales people (Don Naja in particular (a real sweetheart)), to their administrative people, to their service people!!
