I am getting ready to have my car serviced again, so I thought I would give you feedback on my last experience in July 2022 ! The first comment I'm passing on to you is about your contract with ENTERPRIS thought I would give you feedback on my last experience in July 2022 ! The first comment I'm passing on to you is about your contract with ENTERPRISE ! I made reservations with this rental company to pick up a car at your facility, and it wasn't there ! I had to go several miles to one of their lots to pick it up, and luckily one of your employees, Skip Brown, was able to drive me there ! Then, when I returned to drop off the rental car and pick up my car at your facility, no one from Enterprise was there . . . . . so, again, Mr. Brown had to drive me to the Enterprise office so I could drop off the rental car ! Needless to say, this was not a good experience ---- it unnecessarily used up my time and it took time away from one of your employees !! I'm not sure what the terms are regarding your contract with Enterprise, but I would think if AutoNation is trying to provide a transportation service for their customers, either you have a poor contract or Enterprise is not meeting its contract obligations !! I hope this does not occur again on my next visit to AutoNation !! However, I do want to pass on my sincere THANKS to Mr. Brown for helping me in this fiasco . . . . he was a life-savior !!! Now regarding my service with AutoNation, I have two issues to discuss. First, I always provide a list of actions that I want to be included with my service, and one is that I'd like my battery checked and my terminals cleaned ---- well 6 weeks after my appt., my battery went dead and when AAA replaced my battery, they told me that only one of my terminals was not cleaned and that AutoNation should have told me that my battery was dying ! Secondly, I always include on my list a request to note if any of my tires need air and how much air was in the tire that was low on air ---- this way I can check this tire frequently to see if I have a tire problem, but the service dept. never does this !! Besides these two issues, everything else about your service was fine !! So, that's a summary of my last experience . . . . . . and I'll let you do the rating on the total service provided to this customer !! And one last note, I felt the time to complete my total service was too lengthy ---- if I would have stayed with my car, I would have had to get a hotel room for two nights !! Probably the BEST service experience I've ever had. I was sitting in the waiting room (free coffee and donuts BTW 😉) and I got a text with a VIDEO link from the actual service guy that was doing the s I was sitting in the waiting room (free coffee and donuts BTW 😉) and I got a text with a VIDEO link from the actual service guy that was doing the service....and he SHOWED ME ON VIDEO what he was doing, why things were being replaced, and how bad my air filters were etc. So, I knew EVERYTHING by the time I needed to pay. Oh, and for payment, I got another text with the full PDF invoice and I just paid it online (on my phone). ALL THIS FROM MY PHONE. No back and forth with the service guy(s). I even had time for another donut. And NO - I'm not associated with this dealership in any way other than owning a 2020 Lincoln Navigator. Bottom line - a great and HONEST service experience. More

I had a great experience at Clearwater Lincoln. The entire staff was professional throughout my vehicle maintenance.
