1 year ago we bought a brand new Lincoln Nautilas for near $50,000. We noticed it had a shifting problem at low speeds. They went as far as replacing the Transmission. This didn`t work. Over the year the Car has been ib the dealership 5 or 6 times with no resolution to this problem. The standard response from the Dealer has been to say that they have run it through their computers and all of the specs are OK. YET!! We continue to have the original problem. We have spoken to Lincoln HQ. They say it is an engineering problem and they are working on a fix. Baloney!!!! We have been very understanding and rational with this problem over the year. Now!! It is time to get PISSED OFF!! Lincolns should provide a Car that WORKS!! When you pay $50,000 for a car it is not unreasonable to expect it to WORK!! Service of my car. I had wonderful service. George comes to my work and picks up the car and has my car service for 6 months done. He brings it back and explained they d I had wonderful service. He brings it back and explained they did oil change rotated the tires and I had a problem with my nav and he showed me what I did wrong. I ask him to have the Windows cleaned in Side and the they washed everything. A great job. They go out of there way to give great service. I can't thank them enough they make me feel like family. During the past 2.5 years, I have arranged to have my vehicle serviced at Autoway Lincoln in Clearwater apaproximately every 2500-3200 miles. Scheduling these services have not been a problem because they are around the times I am coming down to the Tampa Bay Area. The service department is fantastic! It's not often you'll find bright smiling faces during the 8:00 am hour ... but at Autoway Lincoln, they must come in with a cherry smile. The service department has done an excellent job keeping me abreast of future needs/repairs. My vehicle has never been kept for an extended period of time ... it's in and soon out with work completed. I would like to applaud the service department at Autoway - YOU are excellent and I would recommend you to anyone. I am so pleased, my next vehicle could be a midsized Lincoln!!! :) Keep up the good work! More
