I was greeted by a gentleman that's always pleasant and let Ed know I was there for my appointment.Ed is friendly and confirms what the appointment is for and explains the approximate time. Ed Almberg has managed the service on my cars over the years and has always done a great job. This time he guided me through some issues that needed to be addressed with my MKZ and he helped me to select years and has always done a great job. I gave it a 4 star rating only to keep you on your toes. :) Stay being courteous and I love how they upgraded the vehicle cleaning.. I brought it in for and oil change and tire rotation. I had my first maintenance appointment and although most people were pleasant enough, the Advisor I had seemed annoyed by me asking a couple of simple questions. The person that greeted me and the lady in the Enterprise area were awesome but the attitude of the Advisor made me drop the rating. I did notice he is the only one that did not have many years of service by his name above his office door so maybe he was new? More
