I needed an oil change and tire rotation, my MKC has 40,000.. Ed the service person was so accommodating. I knew at that mileage I need some other normal maintenance. I wish that this Lincoln dealer was closer to my home. BUT well worth the 45 minute ride to the Clearwater FL.. Would Highly recommend this deanship. Very Honest... My car was still under warrantee, and they gave me a loaner.. I will need tires on my next oil change. Ed will give us a quote when we bring the car back in the next visit... Very Honest and Realizable dealership. More

Had an appointment for an oil change at 11:30am. Arrived on time and Celso checked me in. Only additional thing the mechanic found was coroded battery terminals which I authorized to have cleaned. I finall on time and Celso checked me in. Only additional thing the mechanic found was coroded battery terminals which I authorized to have cleaned. I finally got my car back at around 3:30pm. 4 Hours is rediculous to get an oil change, and clean the battery terminals. I was not pleased at all and had to cancel several other appointments I had that afternoon. I feel if I make an appointment for an oil change, it should only take about an hour and I would be on my way. You need to do something about appointment scheduleing and service time. Sorry, but I am not a happy camer at this time and may not come back. Ronald C. Eddinger More
