Always a pleasant and honest sales experience dealing with good people, Over the years, we purchased a number of cars here. George Brown, the service manger is great and has always tried to help us out and mitigate our losses but a number of problems should never have occurred and seem to have been caused by the snowball effect from minor service issues - and perhaps mechanics carelessness.. Had an unexpected situation that came up with my Corsair and from the initial call to the minute I arrived at AutoNation Lincoln Clearwater, I felt like everything would be handled the right way. They even had a loaner me which I could not find at other dealership. Very friendly treatment from everyone and was always provided updates throughout up until I picked my car up. They checked the car beyond what it was taken in for and turned out that my windshield wipers needed replaced (even got a video explaining it). When I got my car, noticed it was washed outside and cleaned inside. What a great surprise and saving me time since I was planning to do that myself. Overall 5+ stars. Will definitely return to this location, hopefully for regular maintenance, but if not, I know it will be handled the right way. More
