I origianally went to another dealership where they made no effort to sell me a car. Infact I had been there several times and they called me a tire kicker when they thought I wasnt able to here them. So I no effort to sell me a car. They were able to get the exact car I was looking at from the other dealer with even a better price. Both Amy and Don understand the customer and are helpful and courtious all the way. In fact they have contacted me after the sale many times to be sure and to let me know of service specials and the happenings of what is going on at the dealership. I have found my salesman and sales team. There is no one better! More

I purchased a 2004 Mercury Monterey Premier from a family member with 39000 miles and in pristine condition. We discovered a minor problem with the transmission and based on erroneous information that AutoWay used AAmco for its transmission work I decided to schedule an appointment with AAmco myself and have the problem addressed. After having the transmission rebuilt the van developed a severe, for the lack of a better description a “Squeal”, as well a dangerous stalling problem for no apparent reason in traffic. AAmco replaced the A/C compressor, Power steering pump, Water pump, belt tensioner, and declared it fixed. That was until I took it home and we were back at square one again. I finally, reluctantly, scheduled an appointment with AutoWay Lincoln, where it was originally purchased, having decided to repair and get rid of this vehicle ASAP. Service Advisor, Celso Millan treated me like a long lost relative and proceeded to address the problems. It took a week or more by Mike Franz with assistance from Ford Factory to finally discover the source of the real problems and while they could have taken advantage of the fact, I went to AAmco first they proceeded to repair my vehicle as good as new. The repair cost was beyond reasonable and I could not be more pleased after spending thousands to no avail with AAmco. I have no doubt that in hind sight if I had went to AutoWay Clearwater for the initial problem it may have been repaired properly the first time. With that being said please rest assured that as a member of a highly respected International Fraternity every one of which will be informed at every opportunity of the outstanding service I received from this team of Service professionals at AutoWay Lincoln of Clearwater. After being in business personally for over 40 years to me, Celso Milan and Mike Franz demonstrated what real customer service is all about. I am now exclusively an AutoWay Customer. During the past 2.5 years, I have arranged to have my vehicle serviced at Autoway Lincoln in Clearwater apaproximately every 2500-3200 miles. Scheduling these services have not been a problem because they are around the times I am coming down to the Tampa Bay Area. The service department is fantastic! It's not often you'll find bright smiling faces during the 8:00 am hour ... but at Autoway Lincoln, they must come in with a cherry smile. The service department has done an excellent job keeping me abreast of future needs/repairs. My vehicle has never been kept for an extended period of time ... it's in and soon out with work completed. I would like to applaud the service department at Autoway - YOU are excellent and I would recommend you to anyone. I am so pleased, my next vehicle could be a midsized Lincoln!!! :) Keep up the good work! More
